Time of Reading 11:35 to 11:40 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Michigan.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. As we find, there are improvements and yet the body is far from all that might be desired.

3. We would keep up those things suggested for general body-building, with the vitamins indicated in Kaldak.

4. Every month we would skip three to four days straight running; that is, leave off the properties so that the system may react to better assimilation and better stimulation throughout the body.

5. For the swelling and for better activity we would continue to have the rubs daily. At least three times each week, with the rubs we would add the treating of the cerebrospinal system with the Violet Ray for two to two and one-half minutes along each side of the spine rather than on the spine itself so much.

6. We would take those properties to keep better eliminations. Keep these up and we should find gradually better conditions for this body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) What is causing the swelling of the foot? (A) The poor circulation. Thus the massages as indicated, from the base of the brain to the 9th dorsal, then from the end of the spine - especially across the sacral area - upward in a circular motion to the 9th dorsal. As these stimulations come, the massages should be from the toes all the way up the limbs, so that better circulation may be established. Take small quantities of any stimulation for the circulation, but only under the direction of a physician.

We find that one tablet of Calcidin each day (a one grain tablet) will be much better for the body, as this combination of calcium and iodine would be well for the body.

9. (Q) I am losing the use of my feet. Do you think there is any chance of improvement in them? (A) Keep up the treatments suggested and we will find gradually better results.

10. (Q) Do you mean that the Calcidin should be given only under the direction of a physician? (A) If this is not sufficient, take strychnine under the direction of a physician. The one grain Calcidin tablet, of course, need not necessarily be given by the physician.
