1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3468]; this we have had before.
3. There are changes, yet not all for good. While the system has been cleared and is from time to time changing in some respects for good, the progressive paralysis, or the paralysis agitans grows more progressive.
4. In these if the body will accept it there is the meeting of self - or karmic conditions.
5. Can it be healed? Yes, but the attitude of the body, the faith in the Divine, must not merely be assumed or proclaimed - it must be practiced in the daily life with others. This, added to that as may be had in the use of the Wet Cell Appliance which will carry these three elements into the body vibratorially, and then lived in activity, not merely in words, but lived, may bring not only the staying of the condition, but like the elements which have been given stay the swelling, stay that activity of the disturbing forces.
6. Prepare, then, the Wet Cell Appliance, but make this at least with the two pounds of the Copper Sulfate, rather than the 1 1/2, for the 1 1/2 gallons of the distilled water or rain water. Do add at least 1/3 more of the Zinc, and 1/2 ounce more of the Acid.
7. But in charging this, do charge it with at least two ounces of Tincture of Iodine in the solution - suspended in the solution - charged with the low Appliance or low charge, not over (in the charge) the three amperes.
8. Then use with the Gold, one grain to one ounce of distilled water, using three ounces of the solution.
9. Also use Silver Nitrate, one ounce of a two percent solution added to one ounce of distilled water and one ounce of grain alcohol, combined to make three ounces.

10. The Gold would be used one day for thirty minutes, the Silver the next and so on.
11. When using the Gold, the smaller plate would be attached at the ninth dorsal center.
12. When using the Nitrate of Silver, attach the small plate to the fourth dorsal.
13. Each time the larger plate should be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct plexus or the width of three fingers to the right of the navel and two fingers up from that point.
14. Do massage the body after each of these treatments with Peanut Oil, particularly in the area from the 1st cervical to the 9th dorsal. Then the next day, 9th dorsal, to the end of the spine.
15. Do these. Do not let the wires to the Appliance be connected when not in use. Do keep anodes clean. Do recharge every thirty days.
16. And keep these attitudes: The Lord is in His Holy Temple. Is He with thee? For thy body is indeed the Temple of the living God. Do ye manifest thy concept of Him in thy daily dealings with thy fellowman? If not, why not?
