Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3490] present in this room.
3. As we find, there are conditions that prevent the better physical functioning through this body. While appearing rather as a complex disturbance, we find that the trouble arises primarily from the activities in the hypogastric and pneumogastric centers.
4. Then, these are conditions as we find them with this body, [3490] we are speaking of:
5. The blood supply indicates a form of anemia. This is because of the inability of the glandular force and digestive system to balance the needs of the body-forces.
6. Hence we have quite a variation at times in the pulsation, and a low and a high pressure at times. These variations come from the disturbance in the hypogastric and pneumogastric centers, from a pressure existent in the 9th dorsal center.
7. From these activities we have what is at times termed a tipped stomach, and small. This prevents the foods being expelled, or it prevents the activity of the lacteals and the hypogastrics producing proper digestive fluids.
8. Thus we have disturbance with eliminations, the alimentary canal brings about pains or gas formations at times and at others a very slow or little activity of the colon - or through the colon.
9. All of these are the effects, then, of those disturbances from pressures that exist primarily in the hypogastric and pneumogastric center, or from a condition in the upper portion of the 9th dorsal.

10. A lesion is formed from same in the 3rd cervical, 3rd and 4th dorsal, and the areas through the sacral and pelvis are set - or taut in their activities.
11. These are the sources and the disturbances, as we find. Reflexly we have at times those conditions arising in the sympathetic nervous system, as the disturbance with the taste, the hearing, the eyes. All of these are accentuated at times, at other times they are dull or slow in their reactions.
12. At times conditions in the superficial circulation cause stiffness, lack of desire for food, headaches being caused from undigested foods - as it would appear - through the system. There is a lack of a balance in the hydrochlorics and the lactic acids and alkalines, according to the manner in which they should act through the system.
13. In making corrections as we find here:
14. There should be corrections osteopathically made, first beginning with a relaxing of the body. For it will be found that the body is very taut through the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th cervicals, also in the upper dorsals, and then through the lumbar and sacral areas.
15. After some five or six such treatments for relaxation, then make corrections; 9th dorsal, 6th dorsal, 3rd cervical and in the 1st and 2nd.
16. Also begin taking into the system hydrochloric acid in the form of ACIGEST; a teaspoonful three times each week stirred in a glass of raw milk, preferably the milk fresh from the cow if practical - with the animal heat still in same. Take this, say Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, preferably at the evening meal.
17. When the Acigest has been taken for two to three weeks, begin taking also the CALCIOS to supply the energies for activities of the glandular system - especially the thyroid and through the stomach and digestive area. Three to four times each week eat a whole wheat cracker not too thinly spread with the Calcios, preferably at the noon meal.
18. After these properties have been taken until there are changes, leave these off and begin taking a tonic in the form of KalDak to build up the body-forces. Take a heaping teaspoonful twice each day, dissolved first in a small quantity of hot water and then filling the tumbler with milk.
19. These will change the whole activity through the body and there will be a gain in strength, in vitality, and a freedom from the constipation, the numbness at times in extremities, and the taking of cold easily.
20. Ready for questions.

21. (Q) Any other suggestions concerning general health conditions? (A) The sources of these have been indicated, as well as that necessary to be supplied. When we correct the sources of the disturbance we will eliminate the apparent complications and have better conditions. Keep the mental attitude in constructive channels. Be in that attitude not only of being good, but good for something.
22. We are through with this Reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. M. L. Richardson, Bankers Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va.)
