R E A D I N G
At home, on road Time of Reading #608, 4 miles from 11:10 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions that disturb the body.
3. As we find, this condition arises from an infection, that entered the body through those particular cycles of change when it became a part of the constitutional condition - or of the whole body; affecting it through the nerves, the blood stream, the mental reflexes and reactions. Thus it becomes of an insidious nature in the body. Thus it is partially a karmic condition.
4. To be sure such an explanation would not be accepted by some. However, we will find that there must first be a change of attitude of the entity respecting spiritual things, finding the relationships within self with the divine, and THEN making those very definite physical applications.
5. For all good and all healing must come from the divine within each entity. And as the mental consciousness is made aware of the divine within each individual cellular entity in the body-forces, there is the greater ability for the applications to contribute to the healing - by the use of that which attunes the body and body-functioning to the Creative Forces, or that shall answer to the destruction of that possessing the body in the way of those conditions causing the disturbance in the physical forces.
6. Do the first things first.
7. Do not begin to apply the material applications suggested, until the body comes to the physical and mental

realization, through the study of divine manifestations in the earth, of the entity's relationship to that divinity; else the last estate will be worse than the first.
8. When there has come this realization then begin taking Atomidine internally; one drop in half a glass of water each morning before breakfast for three days in succession each week - the same three days each week. This is to aid the whole glandular system to be purified.
9. Increase the eliminations by using a vegetable laxative, preferably that having a senna base; such as California Syrup of Figs, Caldwell's Syrup of Pepsin, or Castoria. Any of these may be used, but don't use too large a quantity at a time. Take about a teaspoonful every hour for at least a day or day and a half. Do this about once each week - the same day each week. When these properties have acted well, do have a colonic irrigation to cleanse the system - or a high enema. This also would be given each week, you see, following the round of the eliminant.
10. When these have been taken each week for four weeks, then have an Epsom Salts Bath. Use at least fifteen pounds of Epsom Salts to forty gallons of water, as warm as the body can well stand. All the while that the body is in the bath, massage the limbs, the spine, the whole body, so that the poisons are eliminated from the body, that have been thrown into the circulation by the activity of the glandular system, and that have not been removed through alimentary canal.
11. Have these Baths about once month apart, you see, and during the interims between these take or use those other properties indicated.
12. When all of these have been followed for three months, then begin taking (not before) a tonic as a body-builder - as will be found in KalDak.
13. After each Epsom Salts Bath, give the body a rub with this combination of oils: Olive Oil.................2 ounces, Peanut Oil................2 ounces, Lanolin (liquefied).....1/4 ounce.
14. These as we find will bring better conditions for the body.
15. Refrain from any red meats. Fish, fowl or lamb may be taken, but preferably not fried. Take a great deal of raw vegetables including celery, lettuce, carrots, water cress and all of those that may be eaten raw. At times (not all the time) prepare these with gelatin. Also at times these may be grated or cut and used in soups or the like. Wild

game especially is good for the body.
16. These do, and we will find - if they are followed, we will eliminate the sources of infection - that arose through the genital organs.
17. Ready for questions.
18. (Q) Can my health be improved enough for me to support myself? (A) It should be, provided the mental and spiritual attitude is first set in the direction indicated. Do not begin the physical applications until the spiritual body has been renewed. Begin with this: Read the 30th chapter of Deuteronomy, knowing that it is meant for self. Read Exodus 19:5. Then study, know by heart, but most by application personally, the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th of John. Apply it; not just as theory but in the words, in the acts, in the wishes, in the hopes, in the desires of the body. Do that. Then begin with the physical applications.
