Time of Reading ... Street, 4:05 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., New Jersey.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes (all ought to keep more quiet), we have the body here, [3537].

3. Now as we find, there are specific disturbances here. These are produced by structural conditions that have hindered the proper activity of coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous systems.

4. We would take this developing body to Taylor in the Oranges, and have the neuropathic treatments, correcting those subluxations that exist in the coccyx and the lumbar areas, in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal, and in the 3rd and 2nd cervical. And we will be rid of those tendencies towards the bronchial asthmatic condition.

5. These will not be cured at once. There will be periods when apparently the treatment would bring on a spell, but if these are kept up the condition will be overcome. In the beginning these treatments should be given almost every day, though not as severe a treatment some days as others. Keep these up every day for at least three to four weeks, and then about twice or three times a week for a few weeks. Then have a rest period from these, and then one treatment a week for another three to four months.

6. For, we have structural conditions that are affecting the physical condition between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic nervous system. Hence the relaxing needs to be done in centers through which the greater flow of the lymph and emunctory activity is to supply the bronchi and larnyx [larynx].

7. These treatments will also relieve those tensions in the soft structure of the nasal passages which hinder the body's breathing correctly. At times it becomes hard for the body

to obtain its breath at all except through its mouth. For, these soft tissues and soft bones in the nasal passages swell. This is a result of wrongly deflected energies between the centers in the areas indicated.

8. William Taylor is the one to make corrections.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) If the condition clears up, would his speech be corrected, or does that affliction come from another source? (A) These effects, of course, are a result of the connection between sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous system, especially in the areas indicated - the 1st, 2nd and 3rd dorsal, 3rd and 2nd cervical, that are in direct connection with the sensory organs - the vocal organs as well as the auditory and optic forces. All of these should be cleared and better conditions brought before the body reaches the second cycle - that is, by the time he is twelve to fourteen years of age.

11. We are through for the present. Two copies to Mother (one for Dr. William D. Taylor, 29 South Maple Terrace, East Orange, New Jersey) Copy to Ass'n file " " Miss Goodall for indexing
