Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern War Time. N.Y.C.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, this is two doors above where we once had another body - Paul Cooksey. [See 740-1.]

3. Yes, we have the body here, [3554] - keep quiet!

4. As we find, the body is going too strong for the blood pressure and the heart disturbances; not only as to its labors as to its activities outside.

5. Do refrain from any carbonated drinks. Do refrain from being in the environs of smoke. For these are becoming very hard on the circulation. Do refrain from any of those environs where any sort of intoxicating liquors are taken. Even the smell of these will be harmful for the conditions of the heart and the thrombose areas - for these show engorgements.

6. These conditions as we find can be best controlled by sympathetic activities in a gentle massage to eliminate poisons from the body. This will not come from violent cabinet baths or the like but rather the Bubble Baths or needle showers and then long periods of rubdowns. These will eliminate the poisons and bring the pressure to a better coordinating condition in this body.

7. Do be mindful of overtaxing. Do be mindful of the environs indicated, if we would keep better conditions for this body.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What is his heart condition? (A) As indicated from the environments, overtaxation, and the absorption, as well as toxic conditions in the body.

10. (Q) Are the medications being taken at present helpful? (A) They are palliatives, they are not helping the

condition very much. The body needs to be more mindful of those things indicated.
