1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Washington Place - close to the bridge here - we have the body; this we have had before. There are changes for the better. Don't be too anxious but be very consistent, be very persistent, be very prayerful and be patient. Follow the applications, consistently.

3. The corrections osteopathically have been very good. Don't hurry with these, as these are given, for the body is developing and while there may be perfect alignments, the stimulating of those centers where there are the closer connections between cerebrospinal centers and the activities of the sympathetic nervous system - as in the lumbar axis, 9th dorsal, 5th and 6th dorsal to the 1st cervical should have proper attention. Be patient with these activities and we should still continue to gain.

4. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) Are the massages correctly given? (A) As indicated these are very good.

6. (Q) Would it be well for him to have a hot bath and cocoa butter massage every day, even when he doesn't get the osteopathic adjustments? (A) These would be well, as indicated. These massage, the hot bath and massage every day would be well - whether they are the days when the corrections are to be given or not.

7. (Q) What time of day is best for his treatment? (A) Whenever the body is ready to rest. It should be given at a regular period. In the afternoon should be the better.

8. (Q) What is maximum amount of time that may elapse between the treatment and the massage? (A) Well, as just given - if they are given one each day, it doesn't matter, when they are given on the same day whether it is a minute later or an hour or an hour and a half; but the massages should be at regular periods. The

osteopathic corrections are to stimulate those connections in the areas outlined.

9. (Q) What foods would bring about the greatest degree of health? (A) Those for the normal development of the body, as indicated in whole grains, plenty of silicon, plenty of vegetables that can be assimilated by the body in whatever manner they may be prepared so they can be assimilated.

10. (Q) Is it advisable for him to sleep propped up on pillows? (A) If this is necessary, it is best.
