1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes - we have the body here, [3585].
3. As we find there are disturbing conditions here. The greater disturbance is from the upsetting in the assimilating system. Thus the reflexes produced in the imaginative or sympathetic nerve system cause the greater portion of the disorders. These might easily be termed psychopathic as well as purely physical reactions. While the body is in that condition of being a hypochondriac or imagining only, we find that the effects of the sympathetic nervous system are such as to magnify the disorders to the physical body.
4. Here we find that we must first build a resistance in the body. Then we would purify the glands.
5. This we would accomplish by taking Atomidine internally, one drop in half a glass of water each morning before breakfast in periods of five days and leaving off for five days. Do this for at least three series.
6. Then we would begin with hydrotherapy treatments, one each week. These should include not the dry cabinet sweats but rather the Fume Bath, for this body using a teaspoonful of Peanut Oil and a teaspoonful of witchhazel in the pint of water boiling in the cabinet to produce the fumes that would settle over the body, as in a croup cup or the like. Apparently this will cause a rash at first, but afterwards have a needle shower with hot and cold water alternated, followed by a thorough massage and rubdown with a combination of two ounces of Olive Oil and a quarter ounce of grain alcohol; not rub alcohol but grain alcohol. Shake this well and use as a massage, especially over the

diaphragm area and across the area at the end of the dorsal centers and the upper portion of hips and along the limbs - the sciatic region especially.
7. Do these and then begin taking at the evening meal, at the end of the evening meal, half a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth and ten drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin in a glass of water. Do these and we will bring better conditions for this body.

9. (Q) What caused the infections? (A) This is the lack of coordination between the assimilating systems of the body.
10. (Q) Should I continue the infra-red lamp? (A) By all means, but don't increase too much the period of using this, for this would produce too much reaction upon the covering of the structural portions. Taking the properties indicated, externally and internally will aid the body most.
11. (Q) Should I continue to use the paraffin mitts? (A) These are well to use on other portions of the body also, after the massages and the types of the Fume Baths indicated.
12. (Q) Any further suggestions for the condition in the abdomen? (A) As indicated the massage over those particular portions of the abdomen, at the diaphragm, and over the lower sacral and lumbar areas.
