1. GC: You will give the relations of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we are given the records here of that entity now known as or called [3605].
3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them, these are written upon the skein of time and space by the activity of the mental self. For the superconscious mind becomes the mind of the soul in those interims between material manifestations and the cosmic or universal manifestations - yet these are one. For it is as the activities of a day, of an hour - the reactions from same are dependent upon what has been builded in the consciousness of the soul. Thus these become, as here, a part of the whole entity's experience in the material sojourns.
4. As we choose from the records here, these we give with the desire and purpose that this information may be used by the entity in better applying self in those directions in which the virtues may be increased and the faults gradually eliminated from even the consciousness, so that in the awarenesses that come the faults will be farther and farther from giving manifestation.
5. These express themselves in the the mental self in anger, resentment, jealousy and hates, and loves, and those things that are of the soul-self. Thus does an entity, a soul, grow in grace, in knowledge, and in the understanding of the
3605-1 Page 2
perfect law of the Creative Force or God. For the law is perfect, if the entity seeks to interpret and to apply the spiritual laws that change not except by their natural or actual growth. For each soul grows to the awareness, or to heaven - not go to heaven but grow to heaven, that is within the consciousness of each soul to attain if it applies self and meets oft in the temple of the living God within the individual entity.
6. Here we find urges latent and manifested. These are under Mercury with Venus, Mars with Jupiter, Uranus with Saturn; producing, as it were, innately, a very unusual combination.
7. Mercury being of mind, the entity is enabled to reason very well unless there are those influences that may be approached through associations with those in Mars and Jupiter and then jealousy becomes a part, or resentment at others being more apt than the entity. This has oft complicated matters for the entity and brought resentment as much in self as in others.
8. We find in Venus the beauty, the art, the artistic temperament, as well as the tendency for the spiritual aspirations of the entity.
9. These being in Uranus with Saturn are rather spasmodic, unless there are those tendencies for the entity to unify the purposes, aims and desires.
10. Thus it will be the more necessary in the entity to form a perfect ideal for itself and to regulate its own mental concepts by the regulating, as it were, of the manner in which the entity would make for itself a plan of campaign in meeting its own self and its own problems.
11. For as the entity has realized, or may realize more perfectly, it is just as necessary to supply food for the spiritual body as for the mental and physical body. Yet these are just as varied as may be indicated by the names themselves.
12. Hence so plan thy activities that each phase of thy consciousness is stimulated to activity, regularly, and ye will get away from the waiting for changes, or the being very high in ideals one day and because of some little slight ready the next day to "cuss out" the other fellow.
13. This means consistency, which indeed is a jewel in the experience of any soul-entity.
14. As to the appearances in the earth, these have been quite varied. While all may not be indicated in the present, these are given as the indications of the latent and manifested urges showing why, in the application of self through experiences, there are those unusual combinations of
3605-1 Page 3
astrological aspects (so termed) in the entity.
15. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during the early settlings - when there were varied groups in various sections with certain tenets or truths which they expected or hoped to make predominant in that particular phase of the experiences in the land.
16. The entity was among those who came in the early periods from Ireland, then in the name Joseph McArty. The entity was an aid to those who would establish an activity for the church, though the entity in its application among the natives - with the variations that came about - slipped far away from the general tenets set by those in authority.
17. Hence in the present there are the appearances at times of being very religious, and the feeling that it is very necessary for some people but not so necessary for self - except at times when you have need of same. In this respect there needs to be the exercising of self in consistency. Not merely in thought but in application, so as to keep well-rounded, well-balanced in stimulating physical, mental and spiritual phases of the entity.
18. Before that the entity was in England when many people from varied lands were students, or the monks, or the men of the cloth who were to be the scientists or the students to give the unfolding or the development of things and conditions for the betterment of mankind as a whole.
19. The entity was not among those of the monks but rather of those who cared for, questioned and argued with those. For the entity was given to the depicting, as an artist, of things, peoples, conditions and happenings.
20. Thus in the present we will find the abilities of the entity in the direction especially of commercial art, or the taking of prints or photographs or the like and fitting the backgrounds to same for commercial purposes. For as indicated in the very nature of the entity's studies through that period, as well as the sojourn which followed, that to be depicted in art, music, voice or in general conversation, let's let it have some practical use in the experience of those who indulge in same.
21. Hence while there is a great deal of spirituality, the entity is more of the realist - or the individual who must see something happen!
22. The name then was Hyman Myatt. The entity gained. And there should be many of those lands, especially in the areas where altars were once set up by the peoples from the Holy Land, that should be of interest as well as bring to the mind or the consciousness of the entity the happenings of that period. [Stonehenge?]

23. Before that the entity was in the Holy Land during the days when there were many questionings as to the activities of the Master as He walked in the earth.
24. The entity was among those who labored a part of the time with the fishermen of Galilee, being one who had more to do with the carrying of the products to other places for distribution.
25. These bring the entity at present into activities having to do in part with trade, or the exchange, and travel. Those things also having to do with entertaining are a part of the experience, or as to how there will be carried on the transportation. These become parts of the entity's consciousness.
26. The name then was James, an acquaintance with Peter, Andrew, James and John, the fishermen of that period who were companions with the Master. The entity was not particularly interested in those things, save in the influence such association had upon the individuals with whom he came in contact - this was of particular interest to the entity.
27. Yet in the latter days of the entity's experience, especially after the martyrdom of James the son of Zebedee, this entity - James - became a zealous individual for the activities of the Disciples.
28. In the present application we come again to the necessity not only of the periods of preparation but of application. For to know to do good and not do it is sin.
29. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land during those periods when there were the turmoils at the beginning of the settling of King Arart in Egypt, when the King put his son in place and pitted him against or enabled him to make a union of efforts with the Natives - when Araraarart became the Young King.
30. The entity then was among those who had been the companions of that Young King, or one who might be called the advisor, yet not among those of the Council. For the entity then was nearer to the same age of the Young King, and they remained friends throughout those periods of turmoils as well as when the activities of the Priest were again brought into authority in the religious purposes.
31. Then the entity was not too averse to the religious phase but had more interest in the political phase. It was this entity who was the designer for many of the edifices, especially those in which the Atlanteans preserved their records, as well as the record house for the Priest and the activities in those directions also.
32. Hence we find that the entity might make of itself an
3605-1 Page 5
accomplished one as an architect or designer or the like. These may be parts of the experience of the entity.
33. The name then was At-ar-at-ar-ell.
34. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how:
35. First, analyze self. It is more necessary with this entity than ordinarily indicated, to set itself to the task; keeping all phases of its consciousness supplied with an activity. And in this manner may the entity keep from becoming (as few do) one-sided or overzealous of one phase without consideration for the other.
36. Then as ye analyze, choose thy ideal. Study then to show thyself approved unto that ideal, or God, a workman not ashamed; rightly stressing each phase of the consciousness, keeping self from condemnation of others.
37. Ready for questions.
38. (Q) After the war what line of work should I follow? (A) The activities as an architect or in commercial art.
39. (Q) Would you suggest a location where I could best do this work? (A) In Baltimore or Washington.
40. (Q) Are there any records of my experience in England which I could find at present? Exactly where? (A) In those places close to the altars - Salsman (?) - Salisbury. [Stonehenge?] [11/24-25/43 See [341]'s letters under 341-16 Reports mentioning [3605] in England.]
41. (Q) Where and how have I been associated in other periods with my wife [...]? (A) In Egypt and in an experience not given here, but also in Baltimore.
42. (Q) With [341]? (A) These may be found by paralleling - in England, Egypt and the Holy Land.
43. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Keep the faith in self, but keep most thy faith in God.
