1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have those desires and hopes of the body, [3620].

3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions. These have to do with the incoordination between the eliminating systems of the body where there should be drosses and poisons carried off through the alimentary canal, and being acted upon by the gastric flow from pancreas, spleen, and the activity of the liver and gall duct. These are congestions. Thus the poisons that should be carried through perspiratory or respiratory system produces a rash, as indicated on parts of the forearms and hands. Much of this arises from congestions in the areas of the antrum, the sinus and the mastoids.

4. Thus we have the disturbance with eyes and the organs of the sensory system, as well as those conditions of poor elimination and those tendencies for the activities in the sphincter centers or muscles in the lower portion of the colon to give troubles at times. Also the cramps, as in the muscles of the limbs, arise from these disturbances.

5. We find that these may be materially aided first by the cleansing of the alimentary canal. This should be accomplished by the taking internally of laxatives in very small doses to be absorbed by the body. We would use Caldwells Syrup of Pepsin, taken in broken doses for about three days; half a teaspoonful every hour (during the waking state) until there is a thorough reaction.

6. Then have high colonic irrigations; two of these in about ten days.

7. At first we will find that these activities will be very

apt to make the rash much more aggravating. During such periods use on same the DDD cream to allay the disturbance.

8. After the cleansing of the system then have at least three to four osteopathic adjustments. These should include the lumbar and sacral, 9th dorsal, and from the 4th dorsal up to the 1st cervical.

9. Obtain and apply Rays Ointment for the rash. We find that this will relieve these tensions and alleviate disturbances.

10. In the diet keep away from too great quantities of starches. Never take white bread, macaroni and cheese or white potatoes, though the jackets of the white potatoes would be well for the body. Yams (sweet potatoes) would be very well for the body; but not the bulk of white potatoes, white bread nor macaroni with cheese. Not red meats of any kind. Plenty of fish, fowl and lamb may be taken and a great deal of raw vegetables. Do these and we will bring better conditions for the body.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) Any special treatment for the sinus condition? (A) The massages will correct these conditions, if the system is cleansed as indicated. Use Glyco-Thymoline as a spray for nasal passages and throat. This should be three parts of Glyco-Thymoline to one part of distilled water. Use this in such as the De Vilbiss spray.

13. (Q) Are my home conditions the cause of my nervousness? (A) These are more of the mental, not home conditions. The attitude of self towards environs, of course, may cause aggravations. But there are physical disturbances.

14. (Q) Would buying the farm I have in mind help me to clear my nerves and cure my wrists? (A) Anyone who can buy a farm is fortunate, and buy it if you want to grow something and don't want to grow hungry in some days to come.

15. (Q) Should I get married as long as this skin condition exists? (A) No. But we can cure this up before fall, and you can get married in October if you like - be very good for you.
