Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3644].

3. As we find, there are disturbances preventing better physical functionings through the body. These come rather periodically, or as the various cycles of the body-functioning are involved in changes that take place gradually and continually, as in everybody. For the cycle of activity for each organ is dependent upon the relationship of that functioning system to the vibration of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal reactions.

4. Here we find the greater disturbances in the pneumogastric and hypogastric nerve plexus. This comes then to the portions of the stomach in the duodenum, so that nausea and regurgitation occurs at times, giving this general weakness to the body and those periods when any activity - either mental or emotional - causes the appearance of the low dizzy feeling, when there is a trembling through the locomotory centers, as indicated at present in the hips and the left limb.

5. These are the results of intestinal flu, and the activity that this produces upon the general circulation as between heart, liver, lungs and kidneys - thus causing disorders in the functioning of organs.

6. As yet these are not organic disorders, but there are disturbances that need first such adjustments that the gall duct may be emptied osteopathically, in order that through the centers in the area of the 9th dorsal there may be established better coordination between the liver and the kidneys, as well as the circulation from the 3rd, 4th and

5th dorsal, as heart, liver, lungs and kidneys may be controlled to a great extent by the stimulation of activities. Thus all of the adjustments osteopathically made should be of a stimulating nature.

7. Following each of these treatments there should be a rest period, during which some low form of electricity would be given the body - whether the low vibrations from a Wet Cell Appliance or from the diathermy, that this made low enough so that there is only the heating, as it were, of the various centers, so that there is established better coordination.

8. Thus we will bring better conditions for this body.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What causes intermittent sciatic pains? What will prevent them? (A) As indicated, these are the incoordination between the circulations and the pressures as the cycle of activity is begun in various parts of the body.

11. (Q) Am I allergic to dust, and does it cause my colds? (A) Who isn't? All of these are just part of the general debilitation - the inability of the circulation, because of these disturbances, to call into play, as it were, sufficient of the leucocytes to destroy dust. Or any sufficiently strong odors are just as harmful to the body as dust.

12. (Q) Why does the left side of my head get numb? (A) As indicated, the circulation. Do those things indicated and we will have better conditions for this body.
