Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., California.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: You'd better hurry up and get home.

3. Yes, we have the body here - just coming in - [3677].

4. As we find, there is rather the complication of disturbances here. These in particular are the result of indiscretions in times passed (but in this experience) and the lack of proper eliminations being set up, with hindrances that contribute to deflections in nerve supply through the organs of the body, affecting circulation and causing those disorders and disturbances through parts of the body.

5. The distresses through the lung area are the results of those pressures in the 5th and 6th dorsal that deflect the circulation, causing a slow supply to trachea and bronchi, and thus producing a heaviness at times in the lungs themselves. However, while the lungs have been involved, these show no active conditions there that should cause greater stress.

6. Also those reflexes to the liver and the gall duct area are partially from the same pressures, but affect through the circulation, the cycle of digestion, when the gastric juices of the lower portion of stomach, flow into the lower portion of the duodenum during the periods of digestion or of the creating of chyle through the duodenum.

7. Thus we have a heaviness in the area and a plethoric condition exists in the ascending and a portion of the transverse colon. The pressures here also contribute to that, from a pressure in the lumbar and sacral, through the uterus.

8. Thus we have a discharge that becomes very aggravating to

the body at times.

9. These, as we find, are the sources, the causes of the disturbances here with this body.

10. To aid in correcting these:

11. First, we would give that the body have a series of hydrotherapy treatments. These should include, once or twice a week, or twice one week and once the next week, a mild sweat - preferably the Fume Bath, rather than the dry cabinet bath. Use in the Fume Bath a teaspoonful of witchhazel to the pint of boiling water, with a little of the dry heat to begin the perspiration, and then the heating of this to steam in such a cabinet. Follow with a thorough rubdown using pine oil.

12. During the series of hydrotherapy treatments, the body should have at least three high colonic irrigations.

13. Then we would begin with Castor Oil Packs over the liver and gall duct area. Apply these for an hour each day for three days in succession.

14. Then take a tablespoonful of Olive Oil.

15. The next week, take the Castor Oil Packs again, one hour each day for three days in succession - the same three days. Use at least three thicknesses of flannel saturated with the oil, applying the electric pad.

16. When the Packs are started, use also for the pelvic organs a douche twice each week, using one week Atomidine, the next week Glyco-Thymoline. Twice in one week, you see, use the Atomidine Solution - one-half teaspoonful in a quart and a half of water, body temperature.

17. The next week, take two douches, using Glyco-Thymoline, in the proportions of a tablespoonful to a quart and a half of water, body temperature.

18. Use only a fountain syringe.

19. These should clear these conditions for this body.

20. In the diet - leave off too much of the fats that have been a part of the diet. Have more raw vegetables and more sea foods, and we will find better conditions.

21. When the hydrotherapy treatments and massages are given, it would be well that some corrections be made in the 4th lumbar, 9th dorsal, 3rd cervical.

22. Do that.

23. Ready for questions.

24. (Q) Should the teeth be extracted? (A) Not necessary, if the body-forces are purified. Then use an equal combination of baking soda and table salt to massage the gums, rinsing the mouth with Listerine as an antiseptic. Then local attention for the teeth would be all that is necessary.
