1. EC: Now, this body is very good. We have some abnormal conditions and they may be relieved or driven entirely from the body by specific directions, or by following some specific line of thought or study even. It has to do with elimination in the system, for we find there are poisons left in this system, by eliminating improperly through some of the organs, at times it coming from one and at times from others.
2. The effect in the system is to the locomotaries, and to the joints in some other portions of the body.
3. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body, [3719], we are speaking of:
4. The blood supply in the body is very good. There is at times above the normal pressure, produced by the body carrying in the blood those elements that should be eliminated, in the emunctories or the kidneys and the liver; the number in the white blood supply not being equal to the needs of the body. The lymphatic circulation helps to pick this up at times, and holds these forces thro' which the distress signs come to the physical forces; all of this happening through the circulation or the lack of the body having perfect elimination through the system.
5. In the nerve forces in the body we find the brain force, or seat of the cerebrospinal nerve center and the reasoning forces of the body, is very good. There is fairly good coordination between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic; not as good coordination between the cerebrospinal and the lymphatic circulation that is intermingled with the ends of the nerve forces, especially in the extremities, as we find about the knees and to the ankles at times; at other times it cuts across at the sacral plexus and gives troubles about this.
6. The functioning of the organs themselves, we find those that have to do with the elimination show the effect of the system carrying these elements that should be eliminated.
7. The lung forces, as we find, are very good, though at times there is a shortness to the breath, not often; but at times, on account of these conditions, as produced through
3719-1 Page 2
the circulation; that is especially after the action, or the eliminating forces of the action of the kidneys, and the liver is not in perfect accord with the perfect cycle of eliminating forces in the body.
8. Through the digestive tract we find at times there is some disorders to the digestion, this being more of a nervous condition then of an organic condition as existing in the body itself; and produced more from imperfect elimination - and necessarily makes poor assimilation when we have these conditions.
9. Through the action of the liver itself, we find the effect to the left lobe, more, of the liver produced by this condition, so that it is engorged to an extent; this causes these conditions that we have across this upper portion of the body - this upper portion of the back, as of pains through the shoulders at times, sort of catching pains.
10. Intercostal nerve forces involved by the reaction to this.
11. The kidneys in their functioning show this same effect of the condition in the body.
12. To relieve this condition and bring a perfect balance in the system we would take first into the system those things that would eliminate from the whole system all of these poisons, and give to the digestive tracts, to the organs of elimination and of blood building the correct incentives to them to perfect the equilibrium through the functioning physical organs of the body. We would take this in the system:
13. To one gallon of Rain Water, or Distilled Water, we would add: Sarsaparilla Root................6 ounces, Black Haw Bark...................2 ounces, Black Root.......................2 ounces, Sassafras........................2 ounces, Elder flower.....................2 ounces. This would be simmered, not boiled until reduced to two quarts, strain while warm.
14. We would add six ounces of Grain Alcohol with three drams of Balsam of Tolu.
15. The dose would be a teaspoonful four times each day, before meals and before retiring.
16. The body should exercise, the lower extremities especially, of a specific nature, and rub the body well with cold water, and then rub until the circulation is increased, from the lumbar region to the lower portion of the knee, on
3719-1 Page 3
the under-side, down the sciatic nerve.
17. The exercise would be with the body lying down, and with the limbs exercised up and down, back and forth, turn and twist from each side, to give the correct exercise, about three to five minutes each evening.
18. Do that.
19. We are through.
