1. LBC: You have before you Miss [3729], who is in the room with you.
2. EC: Miss [3729]. Yes, we have her here.
3. Beginning at the head coming down the spine, we find first we have trouble in the head and in the ear, and also some trouble with the nerve force to the eye. We have here, too, through the second cervical, also at the second dorsal, conditions that interfere with the nutrition to the nerve force. This is more a disturbance to the nerve force than it is to the nerve itself. We have an over taxation in this system or an over stimulation, particularly in these parts. These conditions become improved or are improved by using up the forces that should be used in other parts of the body. Instead of this part of the body receiving its proper amount of nutriment matter and proper nerve stimulation, it has been impoverished, so to speak. We find it most marked at the second cervical and the second dorsal, here in [3729] that we are talking about. Now we find also that the supply of stimulation to the ear drum, that is on the inside of the ear, here is affected, producing to this ear a disturbance to the sound waves or the nerve force that carries the sound waves to the brain is affected, also the force that carries the stimulation to the eye through the optic nerve is also affected. This condition has produced a thickness of the walls here in the ear, due to this over stimulation that has been quite noticeable here in this ear. You see the sounds have been prolonged, or we have a roaring in the head which produced an intensity of the sound inside of the ear here.
4. The condition of this body that we have here is this; we have a normal system, but we have a disturbance of the functions in this ear. In over stimulation of any of the special senses produces an oversupply of nerve forces to the nerves and blood vessels of the parts to which the nerves are disturbed. In this case we have a disturbed equilibrium, or a lack of coordination of the different parts or different nerves in this head.
5. We also find that there is a sluggish condition in this ear, due to the disturbed nutrition and lack of lubrication,

not enough oil or wax. The ceruminous glands are not acting properly. The over stimulation that this body has had has brought about an over drawing on nature's supply to these forces, in other words, they are not functionating properly, due to the disturbances in the nerve force.
6. We have in this body also a strong will power. It has kept or maintained this system in the condition that it is now in, or in other words has prevented it from getting worse. You see that all forces eliminate [emanate?] from the center which is the brain or the governing force, therefore, it is necessary to control the entire central energy or sensory system in order to bring about the proper conditions in this nerve stimulation of [3729]. You see, the stimulations or over-stimulations are worse than the conditions themselves, that is, as the conditions exist now. These conditions that exist we will be able to throw them out or eliminate them by applying external force. This will get rid of this condition. We have had some conditions here that have helped this body, it shows here through the nervous force; we have also had some conditions that were not favorable, but by ridding the sensory system first by relaxation along the spine and especially by treatment at the second cervical and down as low as the fifth dorsal, either through vibration or electricity, the electrical energy gives the force applied to the organism more strength. Use galvanism, also static here which will produce a renewed stimulation to the nerve force. This stimulation will relieve these existing conditions by relieving the tension. After thoroughly relaxing the nerve tension along this spine we will have a renewed energy exerted, both to the optic nerve and to the ear. As this condition is removed the trouble with the eye and ear will improve.
