1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will give the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for the treatment for the relief of this body.
2. EC: Now we find there are abnormal conditions with this body, and some of these are specific conditions. Others we find are reflexes from conditions that exist in the body, and the conditions have more to do with the eliminations and the effect that the disturbance in these portions of the body cause in this body.
3. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, the blood normally is very good, yet with the poor eliminations as have existed for some time in the system there is the disturbance throughout all of the system where eliminations should be effective. Hence the languidness, the dull condition over the whole body, the tendency towards temperature, high blood pressure as created at such times, and all of the emunctories become involved. The kidneys over-active and again subnormal. The liver abnormal in size, yet not functioning in the proper manner. The pressure in lungs from the diaphragm in the expansion of the body through such pressure gives distresses to the system. These conditions, as we see, come from the condition produced in a circulation nominally normal, yet being surcharged by the conditions, all of the emunctories being engorged produce sympathetically, reflexly, the conditions in the various portions of the system. The high hepatic circulation brought on by the pressure in the hypogastric plexus, so as the condition as produced on the right side, though nearer the center, is the depression as is produced by this disturbance in the hypogastric center. In the reflexes the circulation through the pneumogastric becomes involved. Hence the inability of the stomach to retain properties, and this gives poor assimilation, and

when those properties given that produce a settling, or a sediment in the system, this only aggravates the condition in the hepatic circulation.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in this we find there are conditions in the body that have brought about much of the condition in the system. The body has been under high nerve tension. There is in the 2nd lumbar and in the 11th and 12th dorsals the sublimination [subluxation?] that taxes the solar plexus center and its branches, producing the conditions as has given the distress to the body through the trunk portions of same. With this reflex we also have in the secondary cardiac plexus center, 5th and 6th dorsal vertebra, those reflexes that produce the condition that comes to the throat, larynx and bronchials, of the sickening. The sediments in the system not being eliminated properly produce these conditions. In the sympathetics all become involved in the body and the condition.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces very good. Above normal in normal conditions. Under the stress and strain the body, apparently, becomes subjugated. Too many conditions that repress from external forces.
7. In the sensory organism very good. Throat, lungs, larynx, bronchials, we find as we have given under that subjugation as is exercised in the reflexes in secondary cardiac plexus center.
8. Heart's action in that state as produced by the hepatic circulation, and the emunctories not eliminating properly.
9. Spleen engorged.
10. No organic condition in heart's action, save as a reflex.
11. Stomach, duodenum and pancreas, with the action of the condition in the eliminating system, we find these become repressed in their secretions. Hence the system is lacking in those functionings of this portion of the body. The digestion then is very poor. So it makes assimilation and the lack by this condition of the system to be able to respond to properties taken in the system direct.
12. In the liver, engorged in size, yet the emunctories and the excretory system not functioning normally. Gall duct engorged, and lack of the secretions thrown in system. Kidneys show the effect of the hypogastric plexus and the reaction in same.
13. Then to give this body that incentive for the normal conditions, and to bring the body to that condition that will bring prefect coordination in the system, we would first apply this to the body.
14. This should be as one dose, and at least five of these
3753-1 Page 3
should be taken. Prepare in capsules these: Podophyllum...................1/2 grain, Leptandrin......................1 grain, Sanguinaria.....................1 grain, Cascara Sagrada...............1/2 grain, Licorice Compound.............1/2 grain.
15. This would be compiled together, well mixed, and put in capsules. One taken every other day and adjust by the deep manipulation, and applying the heat to those portions in the body that give the distress, when these adjustments and manipulation is made, and relax the system so that the reaction from the adjustments may give the proper incentives in the system. Do that.
16. (Q) Should the adjustments be made by an osteopath or chiropractor? (A) Osteopath. They will find the conditions here; 1st and 2nd lumbar, 10th, 11th and 12th dorsal, 5th and 6th dorsal. These are the major conditions and once that produce the disturbance in the system. The medicinal properties are to act with the condition, but apply heat, strong rays from electrical heat, to the body to relax same when the osteopathic treatments and adjustments are made.
17. We are through for the present.
