1. EC: Now, we find there are conditions in this body that may be brought to a better condition, that a more normal effect may be produced in the physical body. While we find there are many conditions that do not function in a normal manner, under the stress and strain that portions of the physical function at present, they are good considering conditions in this body. These abnormal and these conditions that may be benefited have to do with organic conditions and with the functionings through the system under the strain of existing conditions.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find not a normal supply, either in quantity or in quality, yet the blood is not that producing conditions, though an effect of existing conditions. In the balance and the coordinating forces in the blood supply, those making and creating the circulatory system through blood forces coordinate very good at the present time.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this we find at times comes under strain in certain portions of the body, and the effect is to the action more of the control of physical by mental forces than by detrimental effect in physical to the centers in nerve system. In the system, then, as a whole, again we have an effect to this portion of the physical body rather than a cause of conditions.

5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain supply good. This is well balanced in the system, yet physical conditions and physical effects as received and as manifested by the physical functionings in the system at times give a mental strain to the system. In other words, the body through its mental faculties often worries about its physical condition. This it should be able to over-ride, as we shall see.

6. In the functioning of the organs of sensory system, with nerve strain, with mental faculties, we find there are

3762-1 Page 2

times, under the organic strain in system, that portions of these, or part of the organic functioning of the organs in sensory system, receive their portion of the distress signs in system.

7. In throat, lungs and larynx, we find there are conditions in the physical manner and in the action of these that have often times brought distress to the body in the physical manner, and in the action of these in the body and the effect as is produced through the system, through that of the tissue and ligaments in portions of the body, brings dread and distress to the body, yet in the organic sense of the organs affected there is little that may not be brought to a normal force.

8. In the digestive tract, there we find the organ of digestion itself not normal in size, for with conditions as have existed in system the organ, the stomach proper, has grown smaller than its normal size. Hence many portions in the walls of same, both in the cardiac end and in pyloric end, suffer in the manner that the secretions necessary to create in the lower digestion properties necessary for rebuilding in blood, in nerve, in tissue, are hindered from a normal functioning. In the duodenum and in the pancreas, we find these then subnormal in their secretions that are thrown into the system.

9. In the liver do we find the greater seat of the trouble. This we find does not function normally, either in the excretory portion nor in the secretive portion. Hence these are some of the reflexes to the system: A strain in blood supply in lower portion of lungs, pains and distress of the lesser nature in upper portion of lungs, especially in right side. The lack of the formations in the lobes in liver in expanding in cleansing blood causing diaphragm to fall lower than normal. These conditions then bring more of the distress for blood supply to brain forces. The lungs find in this their opposite and negative poles. Mental depression at such times, worrying and melancholia coming to the body, and the inability to rest normal without knowing just why the whole physical body does not gain the normal equilibrium in sleep. This being the cause: With the body lying prone, or resting, the equilibrium of blood supply being low in its circulatory system in quantity, the equilibrium not gained easily. Different portions of the body seem to suffer from the lack of nutriment to keep the circulation. That is, deadness, or leadened, dull feeling in lower extremities. Arms, shoulders achey with the seeming lack of flow of blood through body. The hepatic circulation then subnormal.

10. The lower digestive tract better than would ordinarily be expected in these conditions. Much of this is proven, or given, by the properties that have been accorded system by the change in climatic forces, by the effects that these have produced, by the character of foods that have been taken in system have given secretions properly in these portions, yet the functioning organs we find not giving their proper attributes to the system keeps the subnormal conditions.

11. In the hypogastric center and the effect the liver conditions bring to the kidneys in their emunctory action, we find at times these are overcharged. That is, the system attempting to eliminate those conditions that should be carried through the excretory system in upper digestion. Hence the condition that is felt almost directly in central portion of the body, running from the upper portion of the bladder and kidneys to the central portion of the stomach.

12. Then to bring the condition in its normal force, the excretory system through capillary circulation throws much of the poisons in system to this circulation. Lymphatics become involved. Then the effect of sometimes a dryness to the exterior portion, again certain perspirations, glands seem to open without cause. The palms of the hands show the effect in all the centers where lymphatic circulation is taken, certain secretions seem to come to portions of the body.

13. Then, to give the body the normal forces, and to bring the normal effect in body, little of medicinal properties would be effective. Better that climatic conditions; pure water, high altitude. These, with food values, exercise of the physical body, that the forces may be brought to exertion in the system, that the body may become physically tired, without strain to the system. Taking at such times exercises as would be given to the body by deep manipulation to awaken the excretory system and the secretive system through the liver proper.

14. In food, and in food values, give and keep those properties that give blood rebuilding values. Be careful of the water as is taken in system. Let that be pure. Not too much lime, not too little, but carrying much silica, lithia, magnesia and soda. That is, be nearer PURE waters.

15. Do that. An inhalation at times of these properties will be found beneficial, even under these conditions.

16. To 6 ounces of pure grain alcohol, add: Eucalyptol...................20 minims, Canadian Balsam..............15 minims,

Rectified Oil of Turp........15 minims, Heroin.....................1/60 grain. (This should be dissolved before adding to solution.)

17. This will only be inhaled. Not taken in system. Inhale the fumes or the gases as form, or thrown off from this solution. Take in or through mouth, you see. Not so much through nostrils, for the healing properties to lung supply, the healing properties as is given to blood supply will be affected in this condition. This would be taken not more than three times each day. That is, inhaled for a few minutes at a time. This will be found effective and exhilarating to the whole system.

18. Do that. We will find we will bring this body to a normal condition in six to ten months.
