1. EC: We have the body here, you see. Now, we find the conditions that are abnormal, that may be corrected in this body - some prenatal conditions exist, and they have to do with the developing of the body, both through the mental and spiritual, with the effect as produced to the physical, and has to do with the co-ordinating forces between the nervous system, or the seat of the connection between the spiritual and physical natures of the individual, and the mode of manifestations of same, in the physical. Now, these are the conditions as we find in this body, Miss [3769], ..., Ky., we are speaking of.
2. While the body is in the developing stage, and while the blood supply throughout the system is very good, the distribution so far as the physical through the system is concerned, are very good, as far as the circulation of the blood supply is concerned, yet with this same circulation, with improper co-ordination between the nervous system, there are functionings of the nerve forces, as distributed to, or governed by, the physical blood supply, leaves the improper action between the functioning of these organs of expression, such as we find through that of the vocal cords, and that we find in the over-fullness of the system, that that produces nerve force, and the blood supply, and that has to do with the functioning of the spleen itself, which adds to the functioning of the blood, destruction of the cells, and the mental forces of the body, that is the memory, see.
3. In the nervous system, we find this: The brain itself proper, that is the head of the cerebrospinal nervous system, is very good. The developing of the impressions to the brain, to store up the incentives as received from the sensory organism, reaching through the sensory centers from the organs of the sensory system, has not made the development as would be of the normal force for the body, see, by and through the effect of the condition as first given here. The effect as reached is now expressed by improper co-ordination between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal and the sensory organism; while the mind

grasps the condition, and attempts to give the expression of the impressions received, the physical is always in condition to find expression of itself, see.
4. As we see through the vocal cords, as we see through the effect there, as the effect to the eyes, the ears, at times, yet the body is above the normal in its sensitiveness. The effect is produced then on the nervous system from these over-sensitive forces, and with the blood supply, produces through the organs of the pelvis, the sensitive force there.
5. Through the functioning of the organs themselves, we find, these are very good. There is, with the condition in the system, a fullness to the throat. This is only the condition reflexed through the nerve centers attempting, as it were, to push through.
6. The lung forces are very good.
7. The heart action is normal for the condition as exists through the circulation and nerve energy, though faster than normal - to this body normal. Sub-normal in temperature, at times, especially with the over-taxed condition to the pelvic organs, and at such times.
8. The digestive tract is very good, as is the functioning of the organs of the hepatic circulation. Only with, and at times, do we find reflexes to these organs that produce any abnormal conditions. At such times there is an over-cleansing of the kidneys, and the organs thereto.
9. To assist these physical forces, and spiritual and mental forces, to their normal development in this body, would be to give proper equilibrium to the centers of the spinal column, especially those of the nerve ends as they enter the brain at the first and second cervical, and the reduction of the lesion that shows between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic, the pneumogastric and the puereneal [pineal?] glands centers, and nerves that enter the brain here. This would be done by development forces, but there must be given proper vibration to the body also. This we would find in this:
10. To two gallons of rain water, placed in a glass container, we would add one pound of plain charcoal, one pound sea salt, one pound copper sulfate, six drams zinc (before it is out). One and one-half ounces Sulfuric acid (C.P.). While this would charge itself, it must be charged with high voltage and low amperage - three to six amperes; 110 volts - for thirty minutes. While this is being charged, and while the vibration from this is being given the body, a one-pound bottle, or glass container, of iodine, would be in this solution.
11. The plates, or poles, would be: One of copper, and the

other of silver. The same would be on the ends of this, and when giving or applied to the body for twenty minutes each evening; first there would be one attached to the wrist and the other to the ankle. They would be on the same side of the body - Left wrist and left ankle - And every second day would be changed, and attached to second cervical, that is the one that would have been attached to the wrist. The other would be attached to the ankle, see.
12. The adjustments would be along the spine, the whole length, but particularly those at the first above the sacral, sixth and seventh dorsal, first and second cervical. Do that. Miss [3769].
13. (Q) What about the stiffness in the lower limbs? (A) This, as we see, is produced from the condition at the junction here above the sacral. With the flow of the circulation, both nerve and blood flow here, will relieve this, with the proper vibrations going through the body - No medicinal properties in the system.
14. (Q) Will this treatment correct the speech? (A) This is what it is given for, in part, here. Produce perfect coordination through the system. This is produced from incoordination. Do as we have given here, if we would correct these conditions in this body. We are through.
