1. LS: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief for this body.
2. EC: Now, we find there are some changes in the system from that as we had here before. The greater part of these we find are retractions from conditions that have existed and do exist in the system. We find in the whole system the pressure on nerve centers and a deep internal circulation. The capillary circulation weak. The pulsations sometimes high and again low. Sluggish circulation through the capillaries to the extremities and to portions of the body so depressed by the nerve condition, producing a deep circulation then in the secondary cardiac; producing from this the pressure on all of the sensory system. On the hypogastric plexus itself causing the distresses to the head and especially to those portions of the body that are governed by the sensory organism. We find there has been absorption in the circulation of toxins in the intestinal tract. This producing the diffusion and the pressure in the body. The inflammation as caused in the mesenteric system producing pains along the small of the back, between the shoulders, to the base of the brain, to the right portion of the body, and at times to the left. The eyes especially give trouble. This, as we see, from the poor eliminations and the inability of the system to meet the resistance in body. The body should have more rest, yet have more air or oxygen for the system. Not with drafts on the body, but as much air as is possible to obtain, yet keeping the body perfectly warm.
3. We would give at the present time those properties as would be found in Aspirin, and the treatments in the manipulation should be to equalize circulation, also taking those Charcoal Tablets for the intestinal system as has been given, that we may absorb much of the toxins and be eliminated through the proper channels. We would also, to give rest and the ease to the body, and to equalize the

4. Take 2 pieces carbon steel, 1" square and 4 1/2" long, fasten these together with a non-conductor between them, 2 pieces of glass preferably. To the end of each piece of steel fasten insulated copper wires. To the other end of these we would fasten small bands or plates that would be attached to the body. Put these bars then in a solution of this: To one gallon of rain water, add:
Copper Sulfate......................1 pound, Sulphuric Acid C.P..................1 ounce, Common Zinc.........................6 drams.
5. This, as we see, will charge itself. This would be placed in a container, around which may be packs of ice, that this solution may be cold as possible. Preferable that this be in hard rubber container, or glass container, but pack around the container the ice to keep this cold. Attach then to the body, one to the wrist, the other to the ankle, opposite sides of body. Let this stay on the body from hour and a half to two hours, the body resting during this time, or lying down. This we see will assist the whole body in equalizing the circulation, and using those deep manipulations to give the same equalizing in circulation. Let the osteopathic treatments then be of a general nature, stimulating the excretory system, especially that through liver and intestines. Do that, and we will bring the better conditions of this body.
6. (Q) Please give us the schedule for taking Aspirin and Charcoal Tablets? (A) The schedule for the Charcoal Tablets has been given before. Follow that and use that with the drops for the body. Using as the diet, when these are given, that of that easily assimilated in the system. Those properties as would be found in beef juices, without the meats. Those as would be found in green vegetables matter. Those that would be found in Junket. Those that would be found in Arrow Root and things of this nature. The Aspirin may be taken 10 grains every 4 hours until relief is to the body. High enemas may be taken to reduce the pressure in the lower intestines and to remove the gases and toxins from the colon.
7. (Q) Should the glass which is to be used as a conductor (none) between the poles be the full length of the poles that is to be entirely submerged in water? (A) Full length of the poles. Two pieces. Fasten the bars together by wrapping insulated wires around same.
