1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before.
3. Now, we find, while there is not a great deal of improvement, yet the body still shows strength and some greater resistance, and with the continuation of the building up, keeping and preventing those conditions from arising that sap the strength, the body will continue to show some improvement.
4. Those conditions as were existent with the digestive system show improvement. The nerve retractions, the nervousness, the cold and hot flushes that come from conditions in the pelvis region, from the lack of the equalized circulation, would be assisted greatly were those rubs, as have been given, of the equal parts of Tincture of Myrrh and Olive Oil, kept in their proper way and manner, see? This may be rubbed, and should be rubbed, thoroughly into all of the sacral portion of the body, along the under side of the limbs, see? all the whole length of the sciatic nerve, under the knees, around the ankles, soles or the feet - all this would strengthen the body, as food value for the capillary circulation and for the equalizing of the circulation throughout the body. Keep the body, then, in that way and manner as has been given for same, giving that of the stimulation in the Gin, as has been given; also the Pepsin, as is assisting in the digestion - not too often, but whenever necessary, never over eating - be careful of the diet, in the way as has been given. Those vibrations in the battery kept up, for these give rest and stability to the whole system. Do that, then, and we will bring the better conditions for the body.
5. (Q) How often should the rubs be given? (A) At least every other evening, or oftener if necessary - equal parts Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh - rub into the body until it is absorbed, see? along the spinal column,

especially on the sacral region, and the lower limbs, along the sciatic nerve centers, and along the line of the limbs, around the knees, ankles, soles of feet - all of these, see? Massage well. Massage would be better than osteopathic manipulation there - though these are necessary occasionally for the body, see? the osteopathic adjustment and manipulation.
6. We are through with this reading.
