Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3780]. This we have had before. Now, the conditions show considerable improvement throughout the general physical forces of the body. Those lesions in the sacral and lumbar have NOT been broken entirely up, but with the continued adjustments and the continued RELEASING of the system through these portions of the body, we should find the conditions in the digestive system responding much better.

2. Keep near to those suggestions for the diet, that the system may not be overcharged through the non-activities of the digestive system, and stimulate those centers from which the radial forces of the DIGESTIVE force - in the cardiac and secondary cardiac - RADIATE, see? Ready for questions.

3. (Q) What causes gnawing pains in abdomen? (A) The reflexes from released forces in the lumbar and sacral plexus. These produce rather that form of retraction which is the centers or nerve end centers RADIATING in their activity. This is not to be any undue attention given, other than these are retractions and must come, and with such - should they become overactive - the manipulation of those centers through which the mesenteric system in that portion of the body radiates, we will find these may be relieved.

4. (Q) How long necessary for patient to remain in hospital? (A) Until the body is better! Until there is bettered conditions, bettered radiations through the system!

5. (Q) Should Petrolager be continued occasionally? (A) It should!

6. (Q) Are osteopathic treatments being given correctly? (A) Very good. These are breaking up very nicely.

7. (Q) What causes soreness on left side at sternal end of 8th rib? (A) Pressure as is produced from that overtaxation as has been necessary to induce the system to disgorge those forces

through the stomach, duodenum, and this portion of the system. When these throw out from, then the reflexes as come from the activities of that portion of the intestinal system work through those of the mesenteric system and the vegetative nerve forces of the body. This produces a soreness there. A retraction.

8. That is all the questions regarding this body.

9. We are through with this reading.
