1. (Q) LBC: You will have before you Mr. [3782] of New York City. He is before you now. Go over him carefully, examine him thoroughly and tell us what is the matter with him, if anything. What is his condition? (A) EC: It is all right.
2. (Q) What do you find the matter with him? (A) The supply of the blood forces in the body of [3782] are such as that more of the elimination of poisonous matter is eliminated through the pores or through the secretions from the exterior of the skin than should be. Especially do we find this in regard to the circulation in supplying to the skin or the pores, towards the head. The seat of the trouble began here, from the trouble in the lumbars, or from the secreting organs, from the sexual organs, in their discharge, or drawing from the proper sources, of the body, the physical, mental and abnormal self. We eliminate, or pour out more to the skin, as it were, open to the channels of the sympathetic organism of the whole system, which is from the exterior and posterior part of the circulation in the body. It shows itself in the discharge or in its influence here, especially to the hair in the head, or its falling out, produced by this elimination. Find the forces here from the 2nd dorsal, and 3rd lumbar, and 2nd cervical.
In its discharges through the forces of the blood supply into the head and its nerve force to overcome these in the body, has been, as it were, turning the channels into the eliminating force, through not a normal, or choking up of those of the pulmonaries and of the kidneys, producing discharges of ends of matter and forces, through that of the liver and kidneys, leaving to the ends of the forces or to the nature here, in supplying through the glands, into the skin, which is made up of three coats - the cuticle, under coat and the skin in itself. In supply to these forces, it leaves these matters, as it were, dead or choked up - not removed through proper channels from the head - the exterior, not the interior.
Nothing the matter with the head, except it thinks.

The impression to the body in itself has been that the body is weak, and has produced a weakness into the temperament of the whole make-up of the man, and weakening in the digestive organs; improper channels through which the force is carried, of eliminations, through the secretions of the body - throwing out, or eliminating properties. This produces more of the effect in the system that we have of the other, or as it were, scared.
3. (Q) What other conditions do you see? (A) These are the conditions.
4. (Q) What treatment would you prescribe to relieve this condition. (A) Nothing the matter with him except falling out of his hair.
5. (Q) What would you prescribe to relieve that? (A) A general tonic to the system or to the body, in its blood forces. Plenty of water used on the body at all times, especially along the spine and rubbing the spine from the base of the brain to the pelvis, or to the last lumbars. Just water, and rubbing. Applications of electricity to the head, with that of iron and sulphur, used on the head - the scalp itself.
6. (Q) Any other treatment? (A) Use most any treatment on it, and it will help it some. Put the forces into the body itself. As we rebuild the forces of proper elimination; through the supply to the skin in the head, that will produce a healthful and better condition to the scalp in itself. Application of lotions of any sort, but those of electricity and iron and sulphur are better. ter.
