Time of Reading 7:00 P. M. ..., Alabama.

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find there are some abnormal conditions in this body that have become the normal condition of the individual body. We find there are others that have to do with the functioning of organs within the system and have to do with the condition as exists in the system at the present time.

2. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body, Mrs. [3783], we are speaking of, present here in this room. The blood in its circulation shows the condition of a growth within the system outside of the normal functioning of the organs through which the circulation passes in giving both life and rebuilding tissue and also, in its ability to partake of the conditions existing in the organs to become, as it were, contaminated or existing on all of that conditions, especially, does this show this through the liver and portions of the lungs, that being the place where the blood is either cleansed or put into a state to be enacted upon by the emunctories in the eliminating through the organs as of the liver and kidneys. We do not mean by this that the blood is contaminated in itself save of the condition existing in the system, see, for we have good supply of blood in this body, and a condition well balanced to take care of conditions when given the proper incentives to produce the perfect elimination from the system. In the nerve forces of the body, we find these are very good. The brain forces in the normal actions of incentive forces over the whole system, and [the body] is above the ordinary in its ability of conception, yet with the action of the cerebrospinal, we find some ganglia along the body that have particular action over the emunctory in such a manner as to give to the system the reaction of emunctory and lymphatic forces so as to form congestions about the functioning organs, as we have given show in the circulation, for the circulation is attempting that the blood of the circulation of the emunctory forces, attempting to eliminate the condition of tissue and cell forces, has gotten in a condition to remain within the system without the perfect absorption to eliminate, hence the pains across the

diaphragm opposite here, the 8th dorsal. The effect upon the pressure of the pressure causes the effect upon the diaphragm and the end of the lungs here, you see, that when foods are taken into the stomach fills easily, for in times back it did not set in its correct position in the body, but now has been through some exterior forces existing somewhat in its position and functioning with the duodenum, the pancreas, and the effect upon the upper intestinal troubles, you see. The inflammation as was produced in times back through the abdominal cavity was not a necessity for the removement for the betterment of the conditions of the body, for they have made, through the nervous energy and reflex forces, those cysts that bring the condition to the body as at the present time, we find here in the upper portion of the trunk portion of the body. The functioning of the organs themselves as organs function well, for the condition that exists in the organs themselves, that is, some of them, you see. The action of the circulation on the pneumo-gastric and its connection with the brain in its functioning with the cardiac and secondary cardiac plexus shows this reaction in the body, hence the gathering of inflammation about this part of the system. The stomach, itself, orders the pressure when filled, from the lack of the pneumo-gastric to function perfectly with the condition in the system. The liver presents the action of the blood forces contaminated with the conditions existing in the lymphatics until its activity in its functioning becomes backward in its functioning, either as an excretory or secretive organ, and it must work to both for functioning normally. The effect through the hepatics is only an expression of the condition throughout the other portions of the body.

3. To relieve these conditions within the system we would only give in the body that, that would create the incentive to the organs to function toward the normalcy of the organ, itself, and with incentive sufficient to create in the system, those parts capable of combating the conditions and by stimulating those centers along the spine that would furnish through the nerve, mental and soul force the sufficient incentive to carry out the action of the body in its returnal returning to normalcy. Give this in the system: One dose every fifth day for a period long enough to get the reaction from the stimulation of the conditions along the spine, as we would find these centers would be treated in this manner: the lower cervicals, that is, the 5th to the 7th, to relax the conditions through the larynx and lungs to give a full action of lung force; of the 8th to

11th dorsal to give expression not of relaxing but of contraction of the muscles governed by these nerve centers to cause, with the medicinal properties we will give into the system, perfect absorbing and eliminating force to the organs of the spleen, the stomach, the liver and the hepatic circulation, especially of the lymphatics through this portion of the lower lumbar plexus to stimulate the excretory forces of the kidneys. The medicinal properties would be:

Podophyllum...................1 grain, Leptandrin....................5 grains, Sanguinaria...................5 grains, Dover's Powders...............2 grains.

4. These would be made, after thoroughly mixed, into 3 grain capsules and one taken every fifth day while the manipulation is being given to the body to eliminate and to produce perfect secretive and excretive forces, both in the internal circulation and the capillary circulation. Do that.

5. (Q) Mr. Cayce, who would give the treatment along the spine - what class of doctor? (A) Osteopathic.

6. (Q) How often should these treatments be given? (A) Every other day.

7. (Q) How many should be given, Mr. Cayce? (A) Until we begin to eliminate through the normal channels just as we have given.

8. (Q) Mr. Cayce, is there anything in the body that is needed to be removed? (A) We have given that this, where existing in the system, we would perfectly remove these by absorption rather than by external or by operating force, see, for the system with its conditions and its blood supply is capable of eliminating through normal channels better than of starting the shock again to the nervous system, and the nerves, itself. Do as we have given, you see.

9. (Q) This body has been operated on before, as I understand you. (A) You then understand well. We are through.
