1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body. You will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. Now, we find there are those conditions in the physical forces of the body that - were these corrected to that condition wherein the physical forces of the body might function the more normal - these would give better physical and nearer normal physical conditions for this body, Mrs. [3786] we are speaking of.

4. Now, these are the conditions as WE find them in the body. While the body is very good in many respects, these are the existent conditions from the physical, and the mental in its reaction in the body; for this has much to do with the physical reaction of the physical forces of the body:

5. First, then, IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, in this, we find this is very good in many respects, save where dread or fear causes in the system that which at times creates such nerve reaction as to be detrimental to the body, causing the tired, inactive, forces of the whole muscular system. These appear from the centers in the solar plexus region. Hence at times disturb the digestive system, and the inability of the body to assimilate foods under such existent conditions produces disturbances in the lower digestive system.

6. IN THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, in this we have to consider the mental reaction, as well as specific physical conditions in the nerve plexuses of the body - which show distraughtness by physical conditions.

7. In the physical, we find in the 4th dorsal ganglion, and in this region (that is, from 2nd to 6th), the effect of lateral lesion. This lesion produced in times back by physical strain, in the body so straining the body as to cause the settlement, as it were, of a vibratory force in

the tendon of the ganglion, and hence the secondary cardiac plexus causes distress when the body, mentally or physically, from nerve retraction from hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus, causes the overtaxing of the stimuli as received through this plexus to the heart's action, from this ganglion. Being then a secondary condition, rather than organic condition of heart; yet same produces in the pulmonary system - especially in nerve system of same - distresses that become alarming at times. Only under the concentrated effort of the sympathetic system is the body physically able to throw off these conditions to the extent as to bring the body to that condition of this producing very detrimental conditions to the body. Hence we find this nerve retraction both produced by mental overtaxation or by a reflex taxation through a physical condition existent that becomes accentuated through nerve retraction, by the effect of the nerve indigestion that ensues from either physical or mental strain.

8. IN THE ORGANS OF THE BODY, brain forces very good, yet high nerve tension is shown in the body to a great extent at times.

9. In the throat, bronchials, larynx, and lungs, a retraction existent at times from nerve taxation produces in the body, to wit, that as given.

10. In the heart action, while abnormal, not of an organic nature.

11. The digestive system - this we find shows that same is disturbed at times in and through those conditions as have been outlined.

12. In the lower digestive system, or the intestinal digestion, that in the disturbed manner shows the effects of same produced at times upon the mesenteric system, and disturbances often exist from same in hepatic circulation, and at such times the extremities - especially the lower ones - show the effect of same by hindered circulation, which causes reflexly heart's action or disturbance.

13. To meet the needs of the condition at the time, we would have those corrections in an osteopathic manner made, that would relieve the condition in the dorsal region, and this relieved will - through the natural course of physical reaction, and by mental control of body - bring about the normal conditions of this body. Necessary, as we find, that at least ten to twelve (10 to 12) such adjustments and manipulations be made - every other day until that number have been applied to the body. This, with the stimulus given to the physical forces of the body, will bring more stable forces in every manner to this body. We would do

that, see?

14. In the mental reactions in the body, fear eliminated by the correction of physical conditions, will bring better reaction to the body in mental and physical forces of the body.

15. We are through for the present.
