Time of Reading Culpepper County, 10:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia.

1. GC: You will have before you the bodies and the enquiring minds of A. C. Preston and Dr. O. H. Snyder, present in this room, seeking information as to name of state and county, and more definite description of location of buried treasure at or near Brandywine Ford. The information will be given in such manner as will be understood by the above parties.

2. EC: Yes, we have the bodies, the enquiring minds, A. C. Preston and Dr. O. H. Snyder, present in this room; also those conditions and circumstances as surround treasure sought. These - and different phases - we have had before.

3. The information as has been given, the information given more recently to each - and separately - has indicated the place and the manner in which this may be sought out [See Par. 6-A below]. This should be done at a time when the moon is new, and just after this has set. On the third or sixth day, then, of the new moon, seek same. The roads have been changed somewhat, and on the southwest side - or farther from the location - but the logs are very close to same. Seek out same with the instruments that have been devised for those of seeking SILVER, for this will be found in greater quantities, see? Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Is what is now Kelly's Ford the same that was at that time known as Brandywine Ford? (A) The same.

5. (Q) Then, were the above parties on the right location Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 17th, 1930? (A) Very near, and almost over same.

6. (Q) There was information given A. C. Preston and Dr. O. H. Snyder through a medium that a blue light would guide them at dusk and stop over the treasure. Is this correct? (A) Correct. There is an emanation from every character of metal, and may be seen under varied or different circumstances. Those of gold produce a glow between that of orange and purple, or purple tinged with orange. Silver and

its alloy produce that of a dull gray-blue, with a white, or those of the whitish hue. These are those sought in the present, and may be found at time given. The ones PLACING same there at the time are ALSO aiding in its being located. The paymaster, or quartermaster's department, headed by that of Captain Capps at the time.

7. (Q) Who is giving this information at this time? (A) Capps and Snyder.

8. (Q) Was the boulder that A. C. Preston moved on Dec. 17th near the location? (A) This almost an equal distance between boulder and the double logs as are near there, see?

9. (Q) Is the direction north, south, east or west from that boulder? (A) Better that the instrument be used in locating, going over this proposition or position, or area between this and the log, for in this area will the location be made. Some scattered, but there was more than a tub full when put there!

10. (Q) Have they the location of the gulley right? (A) That's near right.

11. (Q) What is the name of the instrument that should be used in locating this? (A) The silver divining rod.

12. (Q) Where will they obtain one? (A) There are many of these. Some are not so strong as others - but seek something for self, at least!

13. (Q) Any other information that would be of help at this time, that may be given? (A) Now the light, as given, will be seen on the third or the sixth day the better, and will be seen when things are the quietest or when there is the least stir, see? and will be as emanations from the earth itself in this area. Then place rod or instrument in this spot, and then dig it up! because it isn't very deep! We are through for the present.
