Time of Reading 3:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time.

1. GC: You will have before you the location known as White Horse Hill on Broad Bay, Princess Anne Co., Va., especially that part of it covered in explorations today by A. C. Preston, O. H. Snyder and Gray Salter, present in this room. Are the locations made this morning with the instrument, which we numbered one, two and three, correct? You will answer the questions which we will ask you regarding these.

2. EC: Yes, we have those locations as made today in that vicinity of Broad Bay, Princess Anne County, known as White Horse Hill - this we have had before.

3. As is indicated by the indicator, or finder, these are SPECIFIC locations - though not ALL that may be found in the immediate vicinity. That as called One, nearest the tree from which the indications were to be taken, this the deeper - yet one of the most important. While its outline is not as definite as number Two, that toward east or south and east, this - as we find - in ONE - would be that to be indicated or re-checked again. In EACH location the emanations are so different. In Three we find more decided, yet a much smaller area. This in the south and toward the west. This, as we find, should also be included. Do not, in the explorations, so handle that to be indicated or found as to RE-handle in the various places. Begin first by re-checking the area. Outline these in a DEFINITE manner. Have sufficient either of those to REMOVE same, by a rotation - that is, getting it out of the way - or use some piling. In the first, we will find nearly twenty to twenty-five feet. In the second, from eighteen to twenty feet. In the third, we would find some sixteen to nineteen feet. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Does that mean deep straight down or back in the hill? (A) Either way will be near the same.

5. (Q) Would the bottom of that take it down under water? (A) To water LEVEL in some of them.

6. (Q) Which should be gone after first?

(A) That as indicated by the re-check of the most DEFINITE point - see?

7. (Q) Is this hickory tree the right tree to start from? (A) It's better to start from the location than from the tree! The outline that is made by the indicator, THERE start - see? Outline same.

8. (Q) Give specific instructions to recover it. (A) As given. Either use those of piling or make the area sufficient that this will not have to be re-handled - see?

9. (Q) Will there be any difficulties encountered in digging there, from any sources? (A) We do not find it so, provided there are those precautions taken as natural and incident to such explorations.

10. (Q) Any other information that will be helpful at this time, or any warnings? (A) CHECK first - RE-check, see? Follow that one that is the most DEFINITE outline, see? Outline the area. Then give self sufficient of an area to remove covering - see?
