1. DEK: You will have [3821], mentally, spiritually, materially and physical, with all of her business and personal association.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body; the enquiring mind, [3821] present in this room. Now we find in the physical forces of the body rather those conditions which cognizance should be taken of rather than disorders that at times temporarily produce distresses in the physical forces. Were warnings taken, conditions may be so corrected as to prevent distresses of a more serious nature later on. There are hindrances as we find in the circulatory system especially as related to those of the sensory organism. There are hindrances of a reflex nature as disturb the assimilating system, so that the resultant conditions from these are more aggravating at some times than at others.
3. These, as we find, are produced from those effects or conditions in cerebrospinal nervous system that prevent the normal elimination of used forces as related to the sensory system, the eyes, the ears, the nasal passages, all under varied condition sometimes dependent upon the atmospheric pressure.
4. At other times, dependent upon the social or the surroundings of the body. At others, they seem to be of a more subtle nature producing irritations in the head, in the throat, even to a quivering sensation along the epiglottis or producing an abnormal feeling through the region of the cardiac portion of the stomach proper. This a form of nervous reaction from pressures existent in the centers where the sympathetic and cerebrospinal form junctures in the 3rd and 4th dorsal plexus and in the 5th and 3rd cervical plexus; the dorsal plexus being that that causes those disorders to the cardiac or secondary cardiac plexus.
5. In this reaction that is produced we find these causing the drosses not to be eliminated through the circulation cause in the digestive area periods when there is as a feeling of fullness in the (duo-deim) [Duodenum] or the
3821-1 Page 2
digestive system proper producing an inactivity in the functioning system. These are as the main or direct causes for the disturbances that with the corrections made in cerebrospinal system in the present would require only a few adjustments with the proper consideration given for the eliminating system. This meaning the circulatory system as well as the respiratory system and the hepatic. These will remove in the present that causing the disturbances.
6. In the mental conditions of the body, these require a greater scope or a more serious consideration as to their expanse or activity. These should be as we find, kept in that attunement with the spiritual abilities of the entity as a hope that there may be no condemnations of self in the use of any of the mental activities of the body in any direction. For the spirit being willing, the flesh or the aggrandizing of selfish interest being too often the motive force for mental abilities cause discouragements and disregard of the real purport of the mental and spiritual forces of a body. But, using that in hand in a manner in keeping with that that produces or induces the faith as lies within self as respecting spiritual relations, spiritual abilities, the mental kept in that attunement brings the bettered conditions in a contentment that makes for a life worthwhile. Ready for questions.
7. (Q) Should the body go to Baltimore for special treatment other than given here today for her eyes and ears? (A) As we find will the proper adjustments and the proper consideration be given to the ducts as lead to the eyes and the ears, there will be much better results, will these be followed in the line suggested than for local applications. For effects are only treated when local conditions are treated but will the cause be removed, then conditions will be improved for a permanent way and manner.
8. (Q) Would any medicine be necessary in addition? (A) Only those as would be relating to the eliminations or the enlivening of the forces in the assimilating system to cleanse the body and create more resuscitating forces in the body itself.
9. (Q) What is recommended for this purpose? (A) The proper adjustments or those conditions existent in the dorsal and cervical region with the proper consideration given to those ducts, those centers, those plexus and those relations between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, to the auditory and to the optical forces of the body or a specialist in osteopathic adjustments.
10. (Q) Would Dr. Berger be good man for this purpose? (A) In general, yes; in specific, no. Rather one
3821-1 Page 3
specialized in eye, ear, nose, throat. Green would be better than Berger in this.
11. (Q) Green of New York? (A) Green of New York. Richardson of Norfolk, or such.
12. (Q) What direction shall the body take in her work? (A) This as outlined, or to be sure, rather a general in most ways. To the body, will there be thought taken as to that given, then this should make a relationship that there are often those conditions or assignments of conditions as respecting individuals that the second thought should be taken before accepting same. This the body understands will these conditions as outlined be considered.
13. (Q) What new work can body do to enable her to live in present or better circumstances? (A) Following along the line as has been suggested; there are in the present situations many a struggling individual that present to the body the varied conditions or circumstances or needs in their respective lives that will the body lend a helping hand in those directions that are from within self, as respecting that as the spirit or as life itself would have the body act. These will open avenues that will bring not only contentment in knowing a service rendered a fellow-man but will also bring those remunerative forces in self's experiences that will most satisfying.
14. (Q) When will the body's financial affairs be such to enable her to do this work which she likes so well? (A) There have been in the recent months some conditions that have been very unsettling to the body in this direction but we will find that will this be begun in a small way and manner that in a short while, a few months, there will be a change for the betterment that will bring gratifying results to the body in every direction, [3821] we are speaking of present in this room.
15. (Q) Is it meant that she should have her own office for the advising of people who desire to write? (A) This a direction, sure.
16. (Q) Is [...] L. sincere in his business interest in this body? (A) [...] L. rather a sincere individual in most every direction, capable, worthwhile, trustworthy.
17. (Q) Has he faith in her business abilities? (A) This as has been shown by the varied relationships in this direction as has existed and may be strengthened materially will the body take those counsels as given, for at heart [...] L. rather a spiritual-minded individual.

3821-1 Page 4
(A) This has been somewhat of a quandary on account of some of the circumstances arisen between the individuals yet these may clarify themselves by one or two circumstances being definitely decided between the two. These they must make; not from her, as to how they should be. These may be outlined, as has been done. As to what is to be each one's activities, that is the individual. Do that.
19. (Q) What attitude should body assume in regard to her former husband? (A) That is most within self. There are, however, serious considerations that should be given as to self's own feeling in the matter but the abilities must lie in self. Why hamper them?
20. (Q) Should body continue along present line or consider a new marriage and settle down domestically? (A) Continue along present lines for the present. While there are a few individuals that what has been may be termed by the secular world as a career fills the pro... [word(s) missed?] and the ideals as of one of this sex yet those that are gifted in abilities to be of aid and one so many may lean upon, oh, very much, too, what some people term the 'dear public'. In this individual's own personal experience will the spiritual life or the spiritual thought permeate more the mental life this life may be dedicated to that, as will aid the more and be made the more satisfactory experience to the body, mind and soul.
21. (Q) Should the body make an investment in the stock of the Bank of America? (A) This offers an opportunity in the present and would be worthwhile. There are many considerations that should be taken before a great decision would be made as respecting this but would be worthwhile.
22. (Q) What is going to happen next week with this Bank? (A) There are some other consolidations or some liquidations of some of the holdings as concerning the personnel of the bank itself.
23. (Q) Who will take it over, if anyone? (A) This as we find will be taken care of in a proper way and manner.
24. (Q) What can the body do to relieve herself of the state of melancholy which she often experiences? (A) The best is that as has been given. Let the mental body be permeated more by the spiritual insight of the body when such conditions arise and they often do to every entity, every soul. Look about self; do something for someone else. We are through for the present.
