Time of Reading ... St., N.W. 10:45 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Washington, D.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions physical and mental that surround the body. And, as we find, there are great improvements in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here. It is true there are still changes to be desired in the conditions, yet in the main the body is responding to the applications made in the corrections over the system.

2. There should be, however, the addition more of the diathermy. It is true this apparently at times produces the tendencies for accumulations in the form of nodules, or where the lymph circulation becomes centralized in centers or in portions of the system. These are seen in the throat area, in the pit of the arm, under knee, in groin. However, these are the attempts of the system to adjust itself to the changed vibrations, and are only lymph sacs. And with the adjustments in those centers along the cerebrospinal system, from which the superficial circulation to those portions reacts, these would very soon disappear. Yet the vibrations as set up, with the changes being affected in the diet and in the activities through the lacteal ducts and with the glandular system, should prevent these from forming - after a very short time.

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Is my diet correct? (A) There have been some alterations from the diet as indicated for the body, but as we find - where these alterations have been made, if they are kept in line with that which supplies the necessary elements for body-building (that is, blood supply and resuscitation of energies and forces in the system) - and they agree with the body - these are very good changes. As the apples, the mutton or lamb; all of these are good in their order.

Those tendencies for the itching and irritation in portions of the body are from the effluvium in the blood supply that is not being WHOLLY cared for in the deeper and the superficial circulation as related to the lymph. Part arises from the effluvia from certain characters of small fruits or berries. Yet if those vibrations and corrections in the locomotory centers are kept such as to set up the coordination between the eliminating systems and the drainages in the body, as indicated by the supply to the various portions of the emunctory and lymph circulation, these conditions should soon disappear. Be patient; but BE persistent in the application of all things suggested. Where it becomes necessary, by the very changes in the atmospheric pressure or the various surroundings of mental and material conditions, make alterations according to good judgement. These outlines we have given are merely for the DIRECTION as to the diet, and are to indicate to the individual the elements necessary. Hence the body should acquaint itself with the foods that supply elements of the nature to the body. It's in the position and in those surroundings where it may! Then use judgements!

5. (Q) Are eggs harmful to my condition? (A) Not harmful in moderation, provided they are NOT used with GREASE!

6. (Q) Is watermelon alright for me? (A) It's very good.

7. (Q) Berries or cherries? (A) Cherries are more preferable than berries; that is, than certain characters of berries. Dewberries or blackberries are better than the strawberries. Currants or gooseberries, or the like, are very good in moderation. Some of these, as indicated, carry a great deal more acid than others; dependent a great deal upon where they are grown; that is, they carry too great a quantity of potash and thus require that an equal balance be created by taking sufficient quantities of such natures as carry silicon or iodine.

8. (Q) Should citrus fruit juices be continued? (A) Those that agree with the body, yes.

9. (Q) Why do they cause pains when I drink them two days in succession? (A) Because there's little other added, or those things that are taken with same work in opposition to same. They should be kept well-balanced.

10. (Q) Are the adjustments being made properly? (A) The suggestions as indicated here, as we find, would be more preferable; that is, from those centers of locomotion set up drainages between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal, so that the eliminations from the superficial circulation are turned more towards either the kidneys or the alimentary canal.

11. (Q) Any advice to Dr. Goerger as to diathermy treatments? (A) As indicated, these should be low; not too high, but use rather regularly.

12. (Q) Why do the cords in my neck pain me? (A) As indicated. The strain between the vegetative or sympathetic nerve system and the cerebrospinal, as related to the superficial circulation - especially to the lymph and emunctories.

13. (Q) Why does the skin shrivel up on either side of my mouth occasionally? (A) From the drawing brought about by these very conditions as indicated in those portions of the system. Make specific adjustment in the vagus nerve force and this will disappear. The nerve center there arises, of course, in the two axes; one from the 3rd dorsal and the other from the 3rd and 4th cervical. Make specific adjustments there.

14. (Q) Should any local treatment be given the arm? (A) As we find, a general massage would be the most beneficial; either with olive oil or with any good stimulant for the circulation. Do not massage just over the arm or those portions where there has been the fracture, etc., but from the centers from which both the internal and external portions of the arm circulation receive their impulses. As we find, it would be well to use a saturated solution of common salt with pure apple vinegar, for the massaging.

15. (Q) What causes back of my neck and under ears to hurt at times? (A) The same condition as indicated. Hence those adjustments specifically to be made in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area, as indicated. And these massages as indicated here, by the vinegar and salt, will aid in stimulating the circulation and carrying those properties from the vibrations of same to affected portions.

16. (Q) What further should I do or have done for me to bring perfect health? (A) Follow the suggestions that have been indicated here.

17. We are through for the present.
