Time of Reading Uinta County, 3:00 P. M. Wyoming.

1. LS: Now, you have before you the lands located in Uinta County, Wyoming, known as Sections 13, 23, 24, 25, 26, Township 15, Range 118 West. Also Sections 7, 8, 17, 18, 19, Township 15, Range 117 West. You will give the conditions of this land for the production of oil, and answer the following questions:

Where are best locations for shallow wells? What depth and what production? Where best locations for deeper Bear River sands? What depth, what production and depth of water strata? What, if any, of above property would prove unproductive in shallow and Bear River sands?

2. EC: Yes, we have these lands here.

3. Now, we find there is much of this territory as given that will produce in the shallow sands, and also in the deeper ones. This in the shallow is not all under-laid with the deeper sands. In some instances and places we find the lower sands much deeper and more productive. In others it is pinched out entirely.

4. In the upper strata or sands the deep ranges from 385 to 550, depending upon the locations, and in the distances is the stratum in which the sands are not all in the rolling or hill lands, and the locations would change. This in the South and East being the better for shallow production, and that farther to the North and East in the deeper or lower sands.

5. This we would find would necessarily mean specific locations to give water stratas, the general surface or first strata in the general way being from 39 to 68, the next in the 125-215 deeper strata sands, and the larger production being in 1820-2229, and productions there reaching to 2 to 7 thousand barrels. In the upper from 5 to 79 barrel production.
