1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, we find, while there are many conditions with the physical forces of the body that are very good, there are those disturbing conditions that bring the distress to the physical forces of the body, and these - without correction in time to prevent the attack upon the organs themselves - will bring greater distresses; while, taken in time, they may be relieved without great trouble.
3. These conditions have to do with the nerve system and the reflexes as are produced in functioning of the system, under the stress as produced by the existent forces in the cerebrospinal centers that radiate with the action of organs and the sympathetic system. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [3826], we are speaking of. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find below normal in deficiency and in the quantity and pressure at times. This produced from the poor assimilation as is experienced by the system, caused through disturbances in the hepatic circulation, and the effect produced on nerve impulses as radiate from the activity of the system reproducing the vital forces in the blood supply. This condition radiating in its greater effect from that of the 6th and 7th dorsal centers; yet connected, as will be seen, by those of other centers also that have been giving distress in system even for a greater period of time.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this, as indicated, shows the cause or seat of the greater stresses as are seen in system. In times back there were lesions in the lumbar region, produced from conditions existent in the false pelvis brought about by condition following that of childbirth. This, then, bringing about much distress. Treated, in a manner, where

the system was brought to a high state of vibratory force through this portion of system, relieved the distress in a measure, yet not relieving the cause. Hence the effect, by the change in the radiation OF the trouble, has produced the conditions now existent in the system that need to be corrected at the present time.
6. In the lumbar region, then, we find the greater lesion or indication of the trouble that has existed for the greater period of time. This hindering the activity of the lower portion of hepatic circulation, involves the eliminations as are exercised through kidneys and portion of the lower hepatic circulation, especially the descending colon. This region, then, showing the effect of toxic forces, as seen from conditions in caecum and this region. In the effect, then, the radial forces from these plexus are involved. In lumbar and in dorsal we have other centers that are sympathetic to the condition. These especially from the radial plexus of the combination of the hypogastric and pneumogastric. Hence the capillary circulation becoming involved most. Hence conditions as exist in various portions of the epidermis, or the outer circulation, affecting lymphatic and this portion of the body. In the effect this produces upon the organs of the system; the dullness, heaviness to the head, especially after the body should have rested from normal sleep. Heaviness in the feet and the lower extremities, and numbness at times in arms, with dullness through various portions of the system.
7. To meet the needs of the conditions at the present, we would first cleanse the system with a mild cathartic; preferably that as would be found in combining the ragweed with senna. This combination: To 3 ounces of ragweed add 8 ounces distilled or rain water. Reduce to half the quantity. Strain, adding sufficient alcohol to preserve same. Adding THEN to same 2 grains of senna. Shaking well together, the dose would be teaspoonful every evening until at least half to two-thirds of the quantity is taken.
8. After the system is well cleansed in this manner (drinking at all times plenty of water), begin with those manipulations osteopathically that would correct those conditions that have been indicated; taking for the nerve reaction those as would be compounded in this: Tincture of Capsici................1 minim, 10% solution Iodide Potassium.....20 minims, 10% solution Bromide Potassium.....5 minims, Elixir Calisaya..................1/2 ounce, Tincture Valerian................1/2 ounce,

Tincture of Sagrada..............1/4 ounce. Add sufficient Peptotol or lactated Pepsin to make 4 ounces.
9. The dose would be, once each day, twenty to thirty drops in water or plain.
10. At least twenty-eight (28) osteopathic treatments and adjustments should be made. Do that. We are through for the present.
