1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now the abnormal conditions as we have in this body have to do with the functioning of the organs and the effect they have produced within this body.
2. Now, the body, we find has those physical conditions that arise, this has produced within the system by their functioning under the conditions in which we find them. Now these are conditions as we find them here in this body, [3830] we are speaking of, you see: The blood in its circulation is very good as the body is throughout. The action of the blood forces as they course through the organs of circulation or by and through the nerve forces in the system allowed to overcharge or overtax the heart forces, themselves, also as to produce within the body the abnormal condition existing [in] the functioning of that organ, the heart, you see, yet within the heart forces themselves or the action they exert over the whole system is hindered, caused or produced or reproduced in its functioning by the nervous condition of the body, rather than that of an organic force in itself, therefore the heart of this body rather than being of an organic heart trouble, suffers rather from a case of nerves rather than than of the action of the organ itself. The questioning of the individual mind over many things of a secular nature produces within the body these conditions. The nervous forces of this body are in an excellent condition considering, first, the body has had to experience along these lines and save for the balance of brain force, and the action of influences outside of the individual to go on with the action and functioning of the organs, we would produce a very serious trouble here in this body, so we see we find the conditions that exist at the present time in this body that are abnormal, have more to do with the nerve forces throughout the body rather than that, that will be hard for the incentives of these centers to grasp to improve the condition as exist through this body.
3. We would then have that for this body that will give the elimination to all the blood forces and nerve forces throughout the system. This we would give by increasing the amount of suggestion to this body here and by creating in

the body that which will assist the body throughout. Let those matters pertaining to the worry and trouble of others with this body, be rather held in the back ground than added to too much. We would use this as that which would remedy the condition in this body and create these forces as we have given. Take the exercise that will equalize the whole circulation through both the trunk portion and the extremities of this body - those would be head and neck, shoulder and arms, the hip forces and all of those that would tend to give the correct incentives to the functioning of any of the organs. Rub the body down well with cold water along the spine from the first cervical to the lower end of the sacrum or coccyx. Do this each time the exercises are taken for the government of the forces within the body, which is to enact on the physical and through the vibrations, and with the mental forces, as are very active within this body adjust the condition to meet the conditions as they present themselves from day to day. The exercise should be taken morning and evening. If not taken morning, be sure they are taken in the evening before retiring. Do that.
4. (Q) Mr. Cayce, is there any further treatment for this body except the exercises, which you have given? (A) Follow these - the mental forces must act with the physical to make the proper vibrations, or else we will not have an equalization through the forces of the system.
5. (Q) Mr. Cayce, the body wants to know should you give her any special diet? (A) Keep those of the higher vibrations, and not those of the lower. This body is a very good dietician for herself and others, too.
