Time of Reading 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Body and enquiring mind - questions regarding associations and relations contemplated with [...] ..., N.Y.)

1. EC: Yes, we have those conditions as surround the body [3834] and those relations physically, mentally, morally, as have and do exist as in the present. There may be much said as respecting the intent, purpose, and abilities of this body [3834] for much in ability as a talent has been given the body. Then much may be expected and required of same. Yet in this present experience there are seen questions and questioning of self and self's relation with others, and the fear that enters is JUSTLY the fear of those associations as HAVE already existed, and which brought such fearful results in the life or experience of the body through that period.

2. In the application, then, of self, there is seen that without the self so arming self, self's interests in the spiritual sense, that there will be the conditions arising in which UNSATISFACTORY conditions may be expected. Yet would the body so guard, so arm self with that of love, forbearance, peace, contentment; not merely satisfied, but content in the position and condition one finds self, and using that in HAND to BETTER understand and BETTER apply self in the SPIRITUAL sense, and THEN may there be expected, and may there COME, that as has been given, "First seek ye the Lord and all these things will be added unto you." DO that. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Do you advise me to continue going with him? (A) If so desired.

4. (Q) Can you tell me if his love is great enough for me to help him to succeed? (A) He must first learn to help himself. He that doubts! for the abilities are there - the SPIRIT is willing, the flesh is weak. There may come assistance in love, and FORBEARANCE.

5. (Q) If I continue going with him can you inform me as to how soon I will be married to him? (A) Tomorrow, if so desired!

6. (Q) Can you advise me whether he is the man for me to marry? (A) He would be ONE man to marry!

7. (Q) Will his future be successful in this business? and successful as a salesman which he intends to be for his concern? (A) With the application of self in the directions as have been outlined, and the way and manners as have been outlined, the life may be made a success. As is given, the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak, and the continued inability to see in self the LITTLENESS of self, by not being able to overcome self's own desires as to those of the secular nature, shows a very smallness, a very littleness. Would one gain the proper understanding, act in the manner towards others as the body would have OTHERS act towards them! Do NOT require of another in any position or place the body would NOT do, were self in the same position. We are through.
