1. LS: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of the body.

2. EC: Now we find there are many abnormal conditions with this body and they, the conditions, have one direct seat or cause of trouble, yet the condition as exists in the system at the present time are effects rather than the seat or cause shows, for we have the condition in the heart's action, in the blood flow and in the eliminations in the system, and the seat comes from specific conditions that have been long standing in the system. These we find are then the effects as shown in the body at the present time.

3. Nov these are conditions as we find them in this body, Mrs. [3835] we are speaking of. First:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this abnormal, both in the pressure, though of the subnormal nature at present, there are times when the heart's condition produce the above normal in pressure. The supplying forces in rebuilding tissue are good in ways, yet the carrying of the blood in system that has been carried through the eliminating system, and the dross not removed, shows its effect in the functioning of the organs, especially of the torso; that is, the spleen, the pancreas, the liver, the kidneys, all show in the various stages of conditions how these are affected by this subnormal condition in body. Also the capillary circulation in the exterior portions of body, the condition as shown in limbs, in one side especially of the body, for the impingement as produced conditions first found that in the system attempting to adjust itself produce the incoordination through elimination and assimilation, with the effect as shown in the organs of the digestion and circulatory system in the body.

5. In the nerve center then; that is, the one most in need of being corrected, or those major conditions where impinioned forces are manifested in system, we find in the

second lumbar and in the 8th to the 6th dorsal these show especially the conditions that affect the rest of the body, and the other conditions as produced are effects in the body from the attempt to have system adjust itself when these impinioned centers do not give the flow of blood or nutriment in its proper channel and manner. Hence each in their turn has become under the surrogation courses in the medicinal properties accorded. Also this has produced, as we find in some conditions, the exaggerated or the condition where tissue becomes involved direct.

6. To the organs themselves, we find all under this subjugation of conditions as have been given.

7. RELIEF - Then to bring the normal forces to this body, we would give the first adjustments to those centers necessary to relieve the condition as found in the nerve centers and in the portions of the body as given. We will relieve the strain then, as is shown in the intestinal tract, as is shown in the organs of the pelvis, and in reducing the condition as produced in the heart's action and the subjugation of the blood supply.

8. Then we would give with this these medicinal properties in the system, in the various ways they are to act on the body. First, prepare as these: Gum Camphor.....................20 grains, Sulphate of Morphia............3/4 grain, Murated [Muriated] Iron.........30 grains.

9. These would be mixed well together, then separated into 30 capsules, very small. One of these would be taken each evening until the Whole quantity is taken. We also would give these properties in the system: Tincture of Valerian.............4 ounces, Iodide Potassium.................5 grains, Bromide Potassium...............20 grains, Elixia Calisaya..................4 ounces, Elixia Celerina..................2 ounces, Oil of Peppermint................2 minims, Syrup of Ipecac.................20 minims. Sufficient simple syrup to make 16 ounces.

10. Shake solution well together, teaspoonful taken every five hours. At the same time keeping the adjustments, made osteopathically (not chiropractically), until we have the correct eliminations as created by these properties, and by the adjustment in the system. At all times keeping the bowels open, so eliminations come properly, for the condition in the exterior portions using local application

that have nothing to do with these properties, such as has been used.

11. Do this. We will bring the better conditions and the normal forces for this body, Mrs. [3835].
