1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same. You will answer any questions relative to this body that I will ask you.

2. EC: Now, we find there are changes in the physical conditions in this body since last we had this. While the development in the physical has been of assistance, still the corrections as have been accorded in portions of the body bring better physical conditions to the body, and we shall soon find, without hindrances entering from other sources, the improvement in the constitutional conditions of body improved much faster than has in the past, for with the reduction in the strain on the heart action, and with the contraction of the nerve and muscular conditions about the sympathetic plexus in the secondary cardiac region, these give then a much better ability of the body to resist the conditions in the body, being able to eliminate nearer normal, thereby producing better assimilations through the rebuilding and structural portions of the system. Hence we need then to keep those conditions in the body wherein we relax the lower portion of the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexuses. That is, relaxing those centers in the cerebrospinal system, in lower dorsal region, until we produce a better elimination in the emunctories of the body. Contract by the same reaction (by manipulations, deeply given) in the upper dorsal region, thereby preventing the pressure in circulation and producing a better assimilation through the ducts supplying new blood to the body in the lungs. Taking sufficient of a specific exercise out of doors, of ANY nature, keeping the physical and the mental both under some action, directed in the manner that keeps the body free. Not strained, either mentally or physically, and keeping diet in a manner wherein the body may produce eliminations and assimilations near nominal. In this manner, as given, we will find the faster, the greater development, the greater accord toward that of normal physical reaction through the whole system, [3837]. Do

that. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) What changes have taken place in body since last and present reading? (A) Those as given. The tendency towards the contraction in muscular conditions, in sympathetic and secondary cardiac region, relieving strain on the pulmonary and arterial circulation. The assistance toward the emunctories giving off a nominal and normal manner. This needs accentuation in both as given.

4. (Q) What further would you suggest in the way of treatment? (A) As given. Contracting the muscular conditions in upper dorsal, relaxing in lower dorsal and in the secondary region of the condition in the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexuses, thereby relieving the strain on whole mesenteric system and allowing assimilation nominal throughout the body.

5. (Q) What is the prognosis? (A) The general condition on improve. Keep same in manner as outlined.

6. (Q) What causes the pain near the liver? (A) That of the intercostal condition as has just been given, to be relaxed in the region of the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus. This uneasiness, distress, as is caused is the attempt of the system to create an equilibrium in elimination, or the emunctories attempting in liver to function normal. Hence the instruction as given. Relax this portion of body, both from the frontal plexus and from those centers from which the mesenteric system and the liver, spleen and pancreas coordinate in their functioning.

7. (Q) Any suggestions as to the diet? (A) Just as those as have been given. Follow in those lines.

8. (Q) How much longer should the osteopathic treatments be continued? (A) Until the system is able to adjust itself through that of the coordination in the system. The stress and strain on system coming to nerve system in such a manner as to cause the overstraining of all nerve centers above solar plexus, engorging lungs, heart, and taking in the system those of the poisons that should be eliminated, causing the contraction in liver, pancreas and mesenteric system, preventing the proper reaction through the Peyer's glands and in the region of that wherein new blood is created in the system. Hence the strain on all portions. Then, with this relaxation, the body must be set in that motion wherein the normal flow of nerve supply, blood circulation, has been able to adjust itself.

9. Do that.
