Time of Reading 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body Mrs. [3843]. New York City. Now, we find there are disorders that disturb the physical forces of the body. The conditions, as we find, have been gradually builded in the system, rather than from sudden acute condition producing the disorder; though the effects that are created are often, when they occur, sudden AND acute. The disorders coming from VARIED conditions, are then rather subtle in their nature.

2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, Mrs. [3843], we are speaking of:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY - this shows for an abnormal condition in the pulsation in the heart's action at times, though not an organic disorder - rather that of a nerve reflex produced by the pressure that is caused by disorders in the eliminations and pressures as produced in the cerebrospinal nervous system, as also from this disorder being caused by toxic forces from congestion that is produced in the eliminating system from constipation - as makes for those toxic forces in the system. These also bring about those pressures in the sympathetic system, so that eyes, ears, are at times disturbed through irritation, red lids, roaring in head, and headaches at times. These are rather indications, not causes - but are acute disorders.

4. The digestive system also is naturally disturbed from same, so that belching occurs - fullness after meals, tiredness in the feet, swelling at times through the ankles and through the feet themselves; that is, soreness and some swelling - see? These from disorders in the hepatic circulation, and especially the liver and kidneys in their FUNCTIONING.

5. In meeting, then, the needs of the disorders, as we would find, would be rather that where the body would be consistent in its activities; also in the diet, in the rest that is taken, with the CORRECTIONS made osteopathically in

the cerebrospinal system, so that drainages are set up throughout the whole system, ESPECIALLY in the PULMONARY region and the diaphragm region, see? upper dorsal, whole of cervical, and coordinating the lumbar and sacral with same occasionally. These we would give (the corrections and the changes) at least twice each week, making a correction at least once each week - see?

6. At least once every two weeks, until three or four are taken, we would take the colonic irrigations - see? This will reduce the pressure, will also reduce those tendencies of aching and pains through this portion of the system.

7. The diet we would follow rather as this:

8. Mornings - the citrous fruit diet; nothing else - for at least eight to ten days - that is, for the morning meal, see?

9. Noon - vegetable soups or beef broths, or such - with a little of the green vegetables, or as a salad, which should consist rather of lettuce, celery, tomatoes, and those that are of the GREEN vegetables - these may be taken with dressings; but NO pastries, no sugars - see? Coffee may be taken once a day, but not oftener.

10. Evenings - beware of meats. Rather the vegetables, but fish and fowl may be taken MODERATELY - but don't gormandize self on any of these when these are taken. meats may be taken once each week.

11. We will find that the corrections, the diet, and the drainages, will make for a correction of the disorder in the heart, and in the head and in the lungs, that produce the disorder through the diaphragm region. Ready for questions. We are through for the present. Copy to Husband " " File
