1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for the treatment and cure of this body.
2. EC: Now we find the physical conditions in the body are somewhat better than when we had them before. While the manipulations and adjustments have been of benefit, and the vibrations as accorded in the system through the electrical forces have assisted, the adjustments and the following out of the nerves that are being enlivened, and that would and will produce the coordination necessary to bring the auditory nerves to their proper functioning, have not been followed in the manner as has been given, and until they are we will not find that proper coordination made, and the one giving and making this connection must do so with that same necessary incentive, knowing that the correct connections are being made, and thus obtain that necessary assistance through the knowledge as implanted in the developing entity, and thus make the physical connection sure, for with these properties, these conditions carried out properly, we would find this would bring the conditions necessary to make the perfect coordination in this body, [3854], so we would give as this at the present time:
3. Again charge the batteries and give that vibration in accordance to the instructions as given, obtaining for this body that individual who can, and will, make these adjustments of the nerve centers and plexus with the correct psychological and the correct purpose and intent in the individual, for without this, this cannot, or would not, be accomplished.
4. In that manner then accord those vibrations in the adjusting of the segments, that the physical forces may give the incentive to the body to function normal, following out the centers from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th cervicals to the auditory centers along the Eustachian tube, along the nerve supply to the cochlea, the conti (?) [concha?] and all of the auditory forces in this body.
5. We will find with this correct purpose we will bring the correct vibration to this body.
