1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. Now, we find there are disturbances in the physical forces of the body, by abnormal conditions that produce these distraught conditions at times in the system, producing, through the varying effect of the conditions existent on the functioning organisms of the body, those that cause distress, rather than that [extent] of conditions such as to prevent the full exercising of the normal faculties of the physical body.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [3863] we are speaking of. First:

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, in this we find the effects of the greater distraughtness as is produced in the system by the varied conditions as are brought about in the various portions of the body - as is seen in that condition as is produced in bronchials, larynx, lungs at times; as that as produced in the nasal cavities; as is shown in the digestion - all of these are effects of an abnormal condition existing in the body, and these effects are as the results of this condition existent and produced or shown in the blood stream, through the change of the condition existent in same, by the cause of non-elimination in its normal way and manner. Hence most of the conditions that have been applied to the body for betterment have been found to be effective only in part, for rather the effect than the cause has been treated in the physical forces of the body. In the effect produced, then, in the blood supply, we find there forms of that as may be called a congestion in the tissue as separates the various portions of blood stimulus to the tissue in the body, see? or a catarrhal condition, as is seen in the various passages in system where the fluids of the system are distraught at times - as in case of

3863-1 Page 2

digestion, as in case of that as is produced in the form of asthmatic condition to the bronchials, lungs, nasal, eyes, and the effects are as of such disturbance in the mucus producing portions in the various organs.

6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in this we find the real seat or cause of the trouble. In certain centers, then, along the cerebrospinal system, we find there are deflections that have caused improper incentives. With these deflections, there has come this congestion. With congestion there was brought about these poisons left by non-elimination setting up in tissue in the form of this non-eliminated poison and producing this catarrhal condition in the system. In the centers, as seen, these are the 2nd and 3rd and 4th dorsal, the 4th and 5th cervical - the 2nd, 3rd and 4th dorsal being the greater trouble, for through these we find reflexes as come to the lungs through that of the reflexes to the cardiac, or secondary cardiac plexus. Also with this cardiac plexus there comes the disturbance as is seen through the activity of the system in the plexus of the pneumogastric and the hypogastric. Hence the varying conditions as exist in the digestive system, and with this over taxation in the digestion, the liver and kidneys show a small amount of irritation by inflammation to the mucus producing portions of the system - as is effective in the functioning of the organs through the various times. Hence we find a debilitation throughout the system, yet not such as to prevent the normal functioning of the body in its abilities, mentally and physically - yet ever hindered by a dread, a disturbance throughout the body.

7. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS, these all show the effect on same. But to meet the needs of these is to apply that in the system which will clarify the blood stream and correct the incentives for the system to function in a normal way and manner. Not necessary that there be a changing of altitude or climatic conditions, if these conditions are APPLIED in a normal way and manner - for the repression to the pulmonaries and to the whole system is as a matter of that which may be reached from the pressure created WITHIN the system ITSELF, rather than created from without - as is seen in blood pressure, or as is seen in nerve reaction, or as is seen in the amount of secretions produced within system that needs to be assisted to that of normal elimination. Hence normal assimilation for the body building forces in the system. These will be reached, then, first, by the correction of those subligations as exist in the cerebrospinal system. This we would do through osteopathic adjustments, and it would be necessary for at

3863-1 Page 3

least ten to twelve, to thirteen, such adjustments for the body to become near normal, in this condition.

8. As these adjustments take place, or as the conditions are benefited by the adjustments, that for the blood to clarify same will be reached through either the application of the vibrations as would be accorded the system through that of the Radium Appliance or by the vibratory force of the use of the electrical forces in the ultra Violet Ray - the ULTRA Violet Ray, and the Red Ray, which change the equalization in the system so that the blood in its activity through the various organisms in the system - especially those in the eliminating - the liver and the kidneys in their activity act as poles in the system, a positive and negative force - and through the diversion of these conditions through that vibration, as we see, would set up better. Either of these applications would clarify the system of those impurities, overcoming the condition, and with the correction of the subligations in the dorsal and in the cervical overcome that pressure produced in blood, that pressure produced in pulmonaries, that attendant condition of too much of the secretions to accumulate in various portions of the system.

9. With the pad (Radium Appliance), we would wear the heavy - that which will throw off the vibrations, and this would be worn at least sixty to ninety (60 to 90) days.

10. With that of the Ray - Violet or Red Ray, or the application of both to the body - would be necessary for these to be taken at least twice a week for at least ten to twelve (10 to 12) treatments.

11. Do that.

12. We are through for the present.
