1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3873]. Now, we find the conditions as disturb the body have to do with many conditions in the experience of this entity. In the physical body we find there are hindrances that prevent the normal activity of the physical attributes of the body in certain directions. These have to do with conditions in the physical that prevent the normal or nominal activity of nerve reaction in the body relating to the sensory system. The disturbances physical, then, being in the relationship between the sensory, sympathetic and cerebrospinal, producing incoordination in the reaction.

2. These, then, are conditions as we find then with this body, [3873] we are speaking of:

3. In the BLOOD SUPPLY, this near normal but for the congestion as temporarily exists in the region of the distribution of the blood supply through the system, or congestion in the liver.

4. In the NERVE SYSTEM, here - as indicated - would be found the seat or the cause of the physical disturbance with this body. In the presentation, at the time of birth, there were depressions made in the cervical and upper dorsal, that have physically prevented the nominal reaction of the blood and nerve energy supply to the brain, so that impulse has been lacking in the auditory and the sympathetics, that radiate with the secondary cardiac forces, or altering that reaction in this direction. The specific condition, then, being in the 2nd cervical center, as related to the cerebrospinal reaction through the lyden gland at the base of the brain, or that portion of same governing impulse to those centers from which the senses react in the body. Hence the hearing, the speech, the reactions as come to the body, is impaired. This, in the nominal development of the body, has left the inactivity to the auditory forces. Taken in time, and STIMULATION being added to the vibratory forces in nerve centers, as relate to the sympathetic and cerebrospinal

plexus in the upper dorsal and through the cervical, this may be aided or raised to such an extent that this may be, at least in the GREATER part, overcome. Allowed to run until there is the depletion of the energy in the auditory forces, until the organs of hearing BECOME the reflex of discord, or discordant reaction, will necessarily REDUCE same in their ABILITY to function.

5. In meeting the needs, then, general, of this body - and specific applications for that as will aid:

6. We would first put the body under that supervision where there may be applied those vibrations as would be accorded from the wet application, or battery, carrying with same - or in same - those that will reach those centers, as to cause such a change in the vibratory forces of the body, from the central nerve centers as radiate from the solar plexus to the brachial, THROUGH the hypogastric and pneumogastric to the sympathetic centers, as accord with the cerebrospinal in the 3rd dorsal center, 4th and 5th cervical center, and 1st and 2nd cervical - adding, then, the vibration as will carry in same a form of vibration from the appliance as will carry a form of oxidized iodine for the system, to change the GLANDS' reaction in system, to create the vibratory forces as necessary to extend and accentuate the nerve reaction in the auditory and sympathetic system. Using sufficient of the manipulations as will cause the proper coordination of the vibrations as are set up in the system. These, we find, in at least the second cycle of change, or by the time the body has reached its sixteenth year, of being near normal. The AWAKENING of the spiritual forces as applied to mental ABILITIES of the body must ALSO be kept in attunement to that as may be accomplished FOR the body, that it - the body - in its mental and physical force - may apply itself for ITS OWN attunement to the divine within. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) What can be done to stop the head colds, and do these have anything to do with his deafness? (A) This, as has been outlined - that the variation in the character of the circulation, in its nerve impulse, that carries same - prevents a normal and nominal elimination and DRAINAGE from the upper portion of the system. When these applications are made for the body, these - as we see from that indicated - may be eliminated through the proper channels - the liver, and through the alimentary canal - or the coordination of ELIMINATIONS IN the system is as necessary as correcting specific conditions. Hence the application OF the massage, WITH the forces as are changed BY vibrations in the body.

8. (Q) Has there been any congenital deafness, two or three or four generations back in mother's or father's family? (A) No, NOT that affect this particular body. These have to do more with the individual development of the entity. Hence the necessary awakening in the developing mental body of that necessary application of self's OWN abilities to the accomplishments that may be made by this body, ITSELF, in THIS experience.

9. (Q) What doctor in Kansas City could and would, carry out this treatment properly? (A) None - for these may not be had in Kansas City.

10. (Q) Where would be the nearest place the body could get the treatments? (A) Virginia Beach, Virginia.

11. That is all the questions.

12. Do this, as we have given - and we will find there will be the response. While patience and persistence will be necessary, but the body may be brought to near normal. It's worth it! We are through for the present. Copy to Mother " " Ass'n office " " Cayce Hospital " " Mrs. Morrow on Jan. 28, 1930
