Time of Reading Unknown.

1. GKN: Now, Mr. Cayce, you have before you the property of Col. [3899], of Palatka, County of Putnam, State of Florida, described as follows:

Lots #1 and #2, and the fractional W1/2 of Section 25, and W1/2 of NE1/4 of Section 25, in Township 9 South, Range 27 East, containing 235.95 acres. And S1/2 of SW1/4 of Section 24, Township 9 South, Range 27 East, containing 80 acres. The whole number of acres aggregating 543.72.

Tell us, Mr. Cayce, if there is any oil to be found on this tract in paying quantities.

2. EC: There is.

3. (Q) Can you give us the location, please Mr. Cayce? (A) [words missing] with the line of [words missing] across this property, from the Northeast towards the Southeast diagonally across this. That is from the line we come to the West side, Northwest edge diagonally across the Southeast edge, we have the upper heaval, and in this we have three stratas of oil land. The first we would find of shallow depth and there would be small quantities of oil showings, which would pay in themselves. In the better depth from twelve to fourteen hundred feet, in the same location, we would find it would pay from 200 to 400 barrels per day. In some placed in this sand would be found dry. In others would be the better paying quantities found in this strata across here against the reef. In the lower sand at 2600 to 2700 feet, in the Southeast portion, would be the better pools of showing. Going just on the Western slope of the [words missing] they vary slightly from the surface contours, deeply in the lower contours. That is underneath the top of the earth. In this we will find from 6000 to 8000 barrels per twenty-four hours. There is not very much of this that we would find on this land here though. This cuts off just on below this edge, because it is against a wall or reef, which separates across this portion of the land, so that South and East of this it is cut off. The location to drive for this would be in the Southeast edge to the Northwest from the edge of the land here.

4. (Q) How far, Mr. Cayce? (A) We have got it here. There is a glade and a ditch that comes across the edge, and there is a road. There is a log that lies across the road, that is just to the edge of the glade in the side here from this little ditch, not the big one, that is on the other side.

5. (Q) How far is this log, Mr. Cayce. (A) [No response].
