Time of Reading 6:30 P. M.

1. EC: [3912] in this room, yes, we have the body here. [3912] now we find the body very good in many respects. There are however, disorders that produces distress at times to the physical body. These conditions have to do with the nerve system and the incoordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system as related to the functionings of the sensory organism. These then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [3912] we are speaking of at present in this room.

2. In the blood supply, this is very good, in quantity and quality. In the metabolism and katabolism in the nerve system as seen, we find the greater distress. In times back, there was received an injury to the spine in the region of the second dorsal and the fifth cervical, not perceptible to the ordinary activities, nor to produce distress. There is seen in the coordination of the nerves, as had to do with impulse through the sympathetic system and the coordination of that impulse as related to the sensory system so that in the reaction that the nerves react under that of any character of suppression, to the imaginative system, and especially to the inferior muscles of the vocal chord, as to cause the inability of the coordination properly. In the reaction of same, there comes at times that of the disconcerted reaction, that is the repression from the inactivity and brings that of the inability of eliminations through the channels as take off drosses, or used energy, in the activity of the nerves and muscular forces of the system. This then prevents the vitality of the body as of exercising its full functioning in the system, and the reactions bring about the incoordination, and this as we find, may be relieved and the near normal forces be brought to bear in the physical reactions of the body. In the functioning of the organs themselves, brain forces very good, discernment as respecting cerebrospinal functioning; yet the incoordination brings the distress. In the functioning of the organs of the sensory system, these all come under stress, through the disruption of incentives from

3912-1 Page 2

pressures created in the cervical and upper dorsal region.

3. In the throat, bronchial, lungs, larynx, these are very good. There are those activities in the mucous or lymphatic circulation that at times gives a fullness in the throat and bronchial, but not as a spasmodic, nor as other than a sympathetic nervous reaction. The digestive system, very good. Heart action seen normal. Liver and the alimentary system function at a disordered condition only when there is over activity in the system as respecting the disorder, as given.

4. In meeting, then, the needs as we would find, these are not of wholly a psychopathic nature, but psychopathic effects are produced because of the relationships between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic nerve system, and the pathology as seen in the region, appears to be of such a nature, as to be less than the cause of the disruption. Then in meeting the needs, these must be kept under the consideration that the whole general physical body be not disrupted in any manner, but that the correction of same brings coordination, physically, mentally and spiritually.

5. In the vibrations, they must be changed as system creates, by the proper manipulated adjustments in the cerebrospinal systems, coordinating the gangular from which the radical plexus, from the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic coordination, second dorsal, fifth cervical plexus, adding to the system with these corrections, that of the vibrations as will be bound in the use of the low electrical vibration from the wet appliance. These, being attached to the body in the region of the lower portion of the second cervical gangular, and the third and fourth dorsal gangular. These being made to vibrate through that of the plain wet appliance, keeping the system in the alkaline reaction as to the digestive system. Then, the activities be as much in the open as may be possible and that the physical, the mental, be kept at an even keel.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Should battery to be used be that made by Brown? (A) Rather that as is made and charged by Salter.

8. (Q) How is this to be given? (A) As given, to the dorsal and the cervical, as given. Second cervical, third dorsal. This should be given at least an hour each day as the body rests, not meaning in the evening, but during the rest period of the body's day.

9. (Q) What is to be gained by use of this? (A) All to be gained; for these would only be applied under the supervision of the one applying manipulation and correction, also to be given in conjunction with the

3912-1 Page 3

appliance.

10. (Q) How long before body would be benefitted? (A) They can be satisfied of the beneficial effects in 10 days or two weeks. As for this period necessary for the body to be normal, would be from 5 to 6 weeks.

11. (Q) Is it necessary to go to Virginia Beach or may this be done here? (A) Be possible, sure. But these have been set for the study, the development, that is these appliances for the nervous system, under the research work of this place.

12. (Q) How old was [3912] when this happened to her and where did it take place? (A) She was between 18 months and two years old. Where did it take place? We find the present but can not locate it from here other than it was in play.

13. (Q) [Question not recorded] (A) This will cause the proper coordination between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal system, and relieving the pressure, will bring the proper incentives then to the rest of the nerve system throughout the body. It, the condition, is as might be termed, all the portion of a short circuit, so that at times the functionings of the body almost perfect, yet with enlivenment and impressure or a suppression in the qualities of the whole forces, produces that incoordination which prevents the proper distribution of the energy present. Do, then, as we have given, and we will find that the beneficial results will come for this body. We are through for the present.
