Time of Reading 3:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [3918]. Now, while we find there are conditions that disturb the body physically and mentally, these - as we find - are a portion of that which must be met by the entity in its relations to the material position or conditions in or through this experience. Hence the conditions of the disturbing nature, physically and mentally; especially that make for indecisions within the individual, and turmoils from within as to the surrounding forces and as to what they mean - and is it all worth while.

2. There are in the physical forces of the body those conditions builded that may be aided through material forces externally finding a sympathy with same, so that the coordinating and cooperative forces of the vibrations - that may be set up from without - will bring to the body a better coordination in the mental and spiritual forces, and make a clarification for the blood supply, as well as prevent many of those conditions returning that have at times given such distresses to the physical functioning of the system itself.

3. In the elements that make for disturbing factors, these - rather than being just specific, while specific conditions are resultant at times - are more of the general nature, as is indicated from the meeting of the conditions and of turmoils that arise from within the whole mental attitude of the body itself, and the body really becomes ill from that as is builded by these attitudes - as well as those physical forces that are apparent.

4. The blood supply, then, we find below the normal in its activity, and the organs of the physical forces of the body themselves are deficient in their supplying that necessary incentive for the normal or coordinated rebuilding in the system. We will find that by the addition of those forces from without, these will materially aid and bring for the body a bettered coordinating force. The DIET should be one of the main elements in ESTABLISHING that equilibrium, establishing that force within the system itself so that -

as the body is resuscitating or replenishing from within - the whole coordination between sympathetic, cerebrospinal, mental forces of the body, are brought more in a cooperative coordinating force in self.

5. In those properties that we would take, then, from within, would be found in that combination which has been given in Mayblossom Bitters, as an assuagement in the nerve forces of the system, aiding also in the DIGESTIVE forces - and these should be kept, through the manner of the diet, in an even keel for eliminations and assimilations. As these are gradually rebuilded in system we will find the general forces of the body responding to that INNATE within, for the ABILITIES to be much lie latent. Those tendencies as from the birth period would indicate indecisions and hard conditions to be met in mental and physical forces of system.

6. The diet would be THIS, though it may be altered:

7. Beware of sweets, and especially of those that give a tendency towards an excessive functioning of the kidneys themselves. Beware of too much grease, or too high stimulating - as any condiments. Those, then, that we would take, would be:

8. Mornings - Dry cereal, and citrous fruits - especially without any other food, when the citrous fruits are taken. Dry cereal, prunes, figs, or those of such nature may be taken with same, with a little stimuli in coffee, tea or milk.

9. Noon - vegetable soup, beans, lentils, peas, and such.

10. Evenings - a light flesh meal may be taken, if balanced well with starchy foods, but not those that make for any flesh building - or fat building. Beware of butters, or greases, or of that nature.

11. The whole activity should be in the way to keep the eliminations, so that the excesses may be builded in an EVEN manner, so that we have more strength and more resistance in the muscle and sinew of the whole general system - [3918]. Do that. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What should be the dosage of the Mayblossom Bitters? (A) Half a teaspoonful three times each day, half an hour AFTER each meal.

13. (Q) Any advice mentally? (A) These, if we take in accordance with this outlined, will change the mental outlook. Be well were these looked into from rather the associations with conditions, and that as to which the entity would make for an ideal - if we would make for an ideal, NOT an idea - and set not the IDEAL as that that MAN attains.
