1. LS: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief for this body. You will also answer any questions I will ask you relative to this body.
2. EC: Now we find there are very serious physical conditions with this body, and that these conditions need attention as quickly as possible, would we reserve the strength and the ability for the body to give that necessary to rebuild in the physical forces. We find that the condition is produced over the portions of body where the system absorbs the poisons from those outside influences, where bone and structural forces have been damaged. These conditions absorb the poisons and are producing the destructive elements in the body. This especially over the portions in the face and over portion of the entire body, especially the left side, you see. These need to be removed, those portions that are destroyed by fracture and by the action of the poisons that are setting up in the system itself. The physical forces from the functional conditions of the body are very good, yet with the continual absorption, and with the continual improper eliminations in the body, and the system attempting to create the coagulation, we are draining the system of the resistive forces in the body. This will be necessary that portions of the bone be removed and replaced by other portions from the body, and that the portions that show the burned tissue be removed by scraping, that the renewed energy may find the proper coagulating surfaces.
3. Do that. The sooner that is done the better it will be for the body. This will necessitate operations, of course.
4. (Q) Would it be of benefit to this body to be taken to Mayo Brothers of Rochester, New York? (A) Very good. The best osteoplastologist necessary for this body we will find one D. W. Griffith.
5. (Q) Would it be safe for this body to be taken there?

(A) If kept under the influence of the opiates in the proper manner and form, yes, and the sooner the better.
