1. LBC: You have before you Mr. [3931].

2. EC: Yes, we have him here. We have had him before.

3. LBC: I want you to go over him carefully, examine him thoroughly and tell us what his condition is now.

4. EC: The condition we find in the body of [3931] is not so good as we had before. We have a very much aggravated condition of the trouble in his head and eyes, produced from the condition that has been brought on by the treatment to the eyes in themselves, and the condition of the body as a general condition over the system.

5. You see, first we have had here a condition produced by the nervous condition over the system in itself, and affecting the sensory organism of the system, or the body itself, produced by the condition of the nerves over the whole system, especially of those along the spine, which brought about the first condition of the body here to the eyes. The aggravated condition has been brought about by the condition being treated or acted upon by the existing condition and not the first cause that produced the condition in the body.

6. The condition as we have through the eyes now is weaker; less vision passes to the brain; less conception of the vision; less ability to act of the whole sensory organism. The condition along the spine is about the same as we have had before. The condition in the stomach and intestines is not as good as we have had before.

7. (Q) What other conditions do you find? (A) This condition through the whole body of [3931], and the condition through the head, eyes, ears, nose, mouth and neck from over-stimulation to the sensory organism, or the vision through the optical vision of nerve force itself applied to the eyes from the exterior portion; the condition existing in the system of the first cause to produce to the nervous system by the over taxation to the nervous system from the lack of the eliminating properties in the system to carry off the nerve forces from the body. The body in itself being of large statue and build, the muscular force in itself has produced too much of the waste forces to be eliminated by the quantity of eliminating properties

produced, leaving the liver, kidneys and intestines in the condition we find. This brought about the first condition we had along the spine at the 2nd cervical and 2nd dorsal to lower dorsal, here from the 5th, 6th and 2nd to 2nd and 3rd cervical. First, you see, from the nerve centers along the spine and those that branch out from those to the head, neck and face, and the condition we have had in the system is an aggravated condition of the first cause of this condition through the nervous system. An over-stimulation to these forces has aggravated, or produced a retarded condition to that of a normal man, or a normal organism itself, of the sensory organism, or that to the five senses.

8. (Q) What was the first cause? What was the beginning of the trouble? (A) Lack of the eliminations.

9. (Q) What other conditions do you find? (A) These are the conditions.

10. (Q) What treatment would you prescribe to relieve these conditions and bring him back to a normal condition and restore his eyesight? (A) The removal of the abnormal condition along the spine, the nerve centers along the spine to produce proper elimination through a general rebuilding of the system through that of the action of the forces of suggestion, or the power of the mind over the matter in the system, or action of the nerve force onto the system through the sensory organism, or the impression received to the nerve force into the system through these by the removal of the condition that aggravated the system here, or the eyes themselves, and bringing to normal, or nature itself, through the body in itself.

11. (Q) Should he have the manipulation along the spine? (A) To remove the conditions as we have it in the system by the removal of the forces in the system, first, we have that through these of forces, or action of the mind over matter, or suggestion to the body, as we have here by the action of forces applied to the nervous system of electrical force along the spine, by keeping the body close to nature, and observing the forces as we have from the first, here.
