1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had here before.
3. Now, we find there are many changes in the body since last we had this here. The greater portion of these, as are seen, are improvements in the physical functioning and the coordination of the system.
4. We would only continue with those conditions as have been given, and this will bring, with persistence and consistency on the part of the entity, with the diet, with the actions or movements of the body to keep the normal eliminations and normal assimilations, we will bring the body near to the normal conditions for the body.
5. Follow those, then, as we have given. We would not change from these as have been outlined, but consistently, persistently, with care as regarding diet, and as regarding the body taking cold. Don't get feet wet!
6. We are through with this for the present.
