1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions as we find in this body, Mrs. [3964], of whom we are speaking, have to do more with the nerves and their action with the muscular forces in the body and especially those, or those towards the head, than in any other part of the body. The organic conditions throughout the body are very good, but at times when the nerves refuse to carry the proper incentives, some of the organs become affected in their functioning, especially those of the stomach. Now, these are the conditions as we find in this body.

2. First, in the circulation we find the blood itself in good condition, but impaired at the present by conditions that exist in the system on account of the condition of the nerve forces of the body. Hence, there is not a sufficient amount of hemoglobin being produced within the body itself to supply all of the needs of the body. Hence, there has been a gradual using of the lymphatic forces and fatty portions necessary to add, or give, or supply the needed forces within the body. The impaired condition or overaction of forces through the blood supply affect the spleen and its action over the body. This is why at times we feel the sinking, or dull, or dead feeling we have just above the diaphragm, more to the left side. It is not acute pain, but a dead, dull ache, this appearing usually just before the contraction of the muscles and the pain we have in the head; that is, in this we have the destruction of the red blood used in brain forces and its action. The body suffers from depression and mental thought over which it has worried for some time, and over which it has no control. It should loose itself from this, as it causes much of the condition in the body.

3. In the nerves we find quite a difference from that of the circulation. The action of the nerve forces in this body is to become taut and contracted along many centers and their ganglia by the action of any particular thought suddenly expressed within the body; that is, the body cannot stand to see suffering of any kind - it has become abhorrent to the

3964-1 Page 2

body; it has not done this in the past. It gathers about the solar plexus forces, a tautness that has become hard to stand. It creates to the heart action through the secondary cardiac plexus a fullness and overflow, increasing the circulation. It produces then reflexly to the base of the brain the congestion which produces through the entire head the pains from which this body suffers so severely at times. They have become worse since the condition begun, by the system gradually giving way to the condition in the body and the effect as it has reached through the effect and through the action of the sympathetic forces. This gives expression to itself through the system. The body is at present over sympathetic in its action - that is, more than it has been before. Now, this was produced or began at a time from a severe nervous strain under which the body has had to pass in times back. The body is very high-strung. The action of the cerebrospinal forces and the action of the sympathetic, and especially the sensitiveness of the sensory organs, act with the action of the sympathetic nervous system, so we have lesions formed along the spine at the ninth, tenth and eleventh dorsal, also the fifth and sixth dorsal and the fourth and fifth cervicals. Now when these react at times from the ninth dorsal the refraction comes to the solar plexus and through reaction comes to the pneumogastrics, which prevents the taking of food into the system in its proper way, and there is reaction through the digestive tract, producing intestinal rather than stomach indigestion, and this reacts to other portions of the body. This is how it affects and how it acts on the system when we have the reaction from the nerve forces over the body.

4. The functionings of the brain forces themselves are good. They are acted on too much at present through sympathetic forces, as we have given. The action or stability of the brain forces is above normal in its function and in its expression to give to those on the outside.

5. Hence, the action of the forces of this body, Mrs. [3964], of whom we are speaking, should be to exercise suggestion or rebuilding forces to others. It should not depend on others to exercise suggestion to her. She should exert her own mental forces in the world and lose her own self in doing for others all that she is capable of giving to others.

6. (Q) How shall she do this? (A) First, by correcting the condition within her own physical body through the nerve forces to keep away the return of forces that produce such intense pain in the head, by relaxing, through mechanical means, all of the forces

3964-1 Page 3

that are congested along the spine - not through osteopathic or chiropractic treatment, but through mechanical forces as we find in an electric vibrator - very hard and deep along these portions of the body. That is, the eighth, ninth and tenth dorsals, the fifth and sixth dorsals and the third and fourth cervicals. This we will find will relax the muscular forces along these regions where the contraction begins in the nerve forces here.

[Thus] We [she] will be able to sleep easily without those harrowing expressions that come at times to the body when trying to sleep. Do not force sleep through drugs, as this will show its effect in the digestion, and is very much worse for the body.

When we have accomplished this in the body, then give out to others, especially from mental forces, and guide the young ones up. Do that.

7. (Q) In what way shall this be done? (A) By expression to others - by teaching and giving rules of life so necessary for young ones. This can be best given to ages between twelve, thirteen and sixteen.

8. (Q) Have you any other suggestion you would make in her case? (A) Follow these lines given, do this as we have given. Take the vibratory movements night and morning; and when we feel an appearance of this returning condition, this heaviness about the stomach, more to the left side, when we feel this sick, full feeling beginning to appear, relieve by treatment with the vibrator.

We do not need medicine except at extreme times.

Keep the body in the open.

Keep rich foods in the body that will give more rebuilding forces. Do not be afraid to eat what the body calls for, but do not eat at all when mad or out of humor.

Do this and we find we will bring health and much happiness to herself, as well as many others.
