Time of Reading Unknown.

1. FEM: Now, Mr. Cayce, you are going to sleep. Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep, and all the organs of your body will function properly; you will hear me, and answer all my questions. You have before you the body of Mrs. [3972] and she is present in this room. Mr. Cayce, tell me the physical and mental ailments that you find within this body that you have before you; also, Mr. Cayce, tell me whether she has bladder or kidney troubles, or any other ailments that may come before you, and also give us the remedy for the troubles which you find. Mrs. [3972] is present in this room and before you at this time.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. Now, the abnormal conditions that we find in this body are purely functional conditions. Now, these are conditions as we find in this body - Mrs. [3972] we are speaking of, you see? FEM: Yes, sir.

4. Through the blood forces we find the body very good; only effects of some disturbances in the system show their effect as in the circulation produced by the condition existing in the body, you see? FEM: Yes, sir.

5. These causing certain forces, or bacilli to be thrown into the blood, which show the condition, especially as those through the hepatic circulation do; we find traces of this being acted upon and eliminated by the action of the excretory forces or functions of the liver itself, the effect being from the opposite pole of the kidneys, and the action of the hepatic circulation on these conditions - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

6. Yet we find the blood being full. There are at times too strong a blood pressure; this is not at present a thing to

3972-1 Page 2

be uneasy about; yet it shows the effect that might be produced without the correcting of this condition within the body - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

7. The number of red blood being over three million six hundred and fifty six thousand (3,656,000), the number of white blood or leukocytes being near 13,000,000 at present - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

8. The pressure being now 126 - it is below, at present you see? FEM: Yes, sir.

9. The action of the heart forces, or pulsations, being at present 83; the respirations being now, at 19 - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

10. This only showing the condition as existing through these forces, as might be expected from the condition existing in this body, as we find through the organs that are not functioning in their proper manner and form - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

11. Through the nervous forces, we find the action of all nerve forces being unusually normal for a body of this condition - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

12. That is the body is inclined to be rather self-willed and governs self very well - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

13. Rather strong temperamental effect, yet well in hand for the usage of the individual self - one well controlled; of a nervous temperament and force, yet we find the action of the forces within the system - that is through the pelvic organs, or through the region of the kidney forces and action, when we have this condition that arises within the body, that the body becomes irritant and fearful, and fear to this body should never enter in: see? FEM: I see.

14. Because the body is too well balanced through its cerebrospinal force, and through the action of the sympathetic force; the body is well balanced through its nerve and cerebrospinal nervous forces, through the functioning of the organs themselves, as we have here; we

3972-1 Page 3

find the brain forces well balanced - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

15. We find through the action of the thyroids - of the ductless glands, about the face, neck, arms, the upper portion of the pulmonary cavities - all very good, very good - see? FEM: Yes sir.

16. The action of the digestive forces show the effect of the hepatic condition, yet we have no overcharged condition through this. The functioning of the liver is impaired by the action of the hepatic circulation and the condition of the blood force. The heart action, with its tributaries, that is the circulation both through arterial and through vein circulation carry their force well through the body; yet the pressure at times through the auricle of the heart yield the expression as of the balance to the pressure; the functioning of the liver being shown as we have given here, you see? FEM: Yes.

17. With the action of the hepatics and with the reflex forces as produced from the origin - that has been produced through the pelvis by some inflammation that we have about the neck here of the bladder and the reflex force as is produced by the functioning of the kidney - you see? FEM: Yes, sir.

18. These do not show organic conditions, but rather a congestion of empirical conditions produced by forces that have produced irritants to the portions of the body - principally by the character of the water that has been taken into the system at times - see? FEM: Yes.

19. And the effect of the nervous forces and conditions of the body at the time - see? FEM: Yes.

20. These show the effect, with the rest of the condition of the body, through the expression of the feelings that are shown in the locomotories at times - the condition of the feet at times, which give rise to the effect, as produced in this portion of the body - see? FEM: Yes.

3972-1 Page 4

21. We find no organic condition as produced through this condition, yet the fear to the body should never be in this individual, for the mental forces should overbalance the physical as it is possible in this body. There should be certain properties taken to the system to produce the equilibrium of the functioning of the organs, the kidneys and the bladder itself, you see? FEM: Yes.

22. And as it secretes from the system these things to be eliminated - and the diet shall be more to the body than anything else, see?

23. (Q) I see. What should the diet be Mr. Cayce? (A) What should the diet be Mr. Cayce? We will give that when we get to it here. Now the action of the circulation through the hepatics from this condition produces the condition we find, see? FEM: Yes. Through the nerves governing the heart forces, see, we find organic conditions producing - but the condition as being produced by the other points of the cellular force to produce cells or life giving tissue within the body, see? FEM: Yes. Now this we would give into the system, see? FEM: Yes. First, we would flush the system well with plenty of water, see? FEM: Yes. Drink abundance of water, see? FEM: Yes. With this water that was taken that we were flushing the system, to give the full action of the kidneys and the bladder we would carry small portions or properties of lithia, see? FEM: Yes.

3972-1 Page 5

Small quantities, see? FEM: Yes. Then we would take into the system this - three doses will be sufficient to balance this body here - Mrs. [3972] we are speaking of, and this would be in each dose, see? FEM: Yes. Senna....................2 grains, Yellow Saffron...........1 grain, Cascara Sagrada..........1 grain, Leptandrin...............1 grain, Sanguinaria..............1 grain, see? FEM: Yes. Now this compound would be one dose; that would be taken one each evening every other day till these are taken, see? FEM: Yes. After the system has been well flushed out with the water - see? FEM: Yes. The diet shall be taken during this time this is taken those properties carrying not too much starch of any kind, see? FEM: Yes. Nor too much sugar of any kind, see? FEM: Yes. Starches and sugars should be left off; meats should be only those that carry the sinew, see? FEM: Yes. That is wild game or fish, see? FEM: Yes. Not any strong meats, see?

3972-1 Page 6

This is not a serious condition in this body, but if aggravated might prove very serious to this body, see, Mrs. [3972] see? FEM: Yes. The inflammation that is produced at present will be relieved by the condition of the medicinal properties as they are taken and used into the system; these should be corrected, as I have given you, see? FEM: Yes, sir. And it would only take a little while, a very little while, to find the proper equilibrium, see? FEM: Yes. Then the body should take constant exercises that strengthens the muscles about the pelvis; most of them should be taken lying flat on the back, with the lower limbs, and with the movement of the lower portion of the torso, see? FEM: Yes. That is to carry the circulation from those portions of the body to the proper distribution through the hepatic circulation, see? FEM: Yes. That should be taken lying flat as we have given on the back with the lower limbs, just with the movement of the pelvic organs, as we would take in this position, see? FEM: Yes, sir. Do this night and morning; first it will produce some soreness of this portion of the body; very soon you will find that it will strengthen you, and give relief to your body. Do that.

24. (Q) Mr. Cayce, you told us the body should use a small portion of lithia? (A) Mr. Cayce, you told us the body should use a small portion of lithia -

25. (Q) What would be a dose, can you specify?

3972-1 Page 7

(A) What would be a dose, can you specify? One minimum (one minim?) to eight ounces of water.

26. (Q) Mr. Cayce, Mrs. [3972] wants you to tell us whether there is any growth or any possibility of a growth in her body of any kind? (A) Mr. Cayce, Mrs. [3972] wants you to tell us whether there is any growth or any possibility of any growth of any kind, like a tumor, in her body? The inflammation that is produced here, as we have given you, see? FEM: Yes. At the neck of the bladder is only from inflammation as has been gathered from circulation through this portion not from pressure produced from any growth within the body, you see? FEM: Yes. That we have here with the cleansing of the body or flushing of the kidneys and the bladder with the water, you see? FEM: Yes. We cleanse this condition with the action of the medicinal properties we have given, that is, to relieve or take away the inflammation that is being or has been produced through this portion of the body. The exercise is to give the positive - or to keep the relief that this will produce and have all the organs to function in their proper manner. We have in this, the first, the senna, is the first to act with the digestive forces to produce the proper condition with the blood that is to be carried through the hepatic circulation - the action of the yellow saffron is to act on the duodenum and the functioning of the small intestines; of the leptandrin is to act directly with the functioning of the lower intestinal tract. And the sanguinaria to produce the condition necessary to cause the flow of the blood through the lower portion of the body. This will remove these conditions that the mind fears - to keep away fear from the body, see? FEM: Yes. And with the action of the exercises as we have given we will find we will rid these conditions from the body, and keep the diet as we have given until the body balances in

3972-1 Page 8

its forces. Do that - we are through.

27. Now Mr. Cayce you will forget all about this reading that you have given, you are feeling all right and all the organs of your body are functioning properly, you are feeling good. Now wake up in 2 minutes, just feeling fine and all right.
