1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions as we find in this body have to with the nervous system, and the effect as is produced over the organs by this condition - and is both physical and mental. Now, these are the conditions as we find in this body, Mrs. [3991] we are speaking of.

2. The blood supply in the system is very good. The system is, at times, overtaxed by the condition through the nervous forces, as we will see. We have a deep circulation, and the hepatics are above normal, hence with the nerve conditions, we will see, this affect the organs directly.

3. Through the nerve forces in the body, we find, the brain forces in the body are very good. The action of the pneumogastric nerve is the seat of the trouble with this body, affecting reflexly the heart action, and the circulation, at times, controlled by that force, also the heaviness that comes to the head and to the body is produced from these same conditions, it carrying out much of the blood to the head. At times it produces nausea and overtaxation to the hepatic circulation.

4. To bring the equilibrium to the system, the organs of the hepatics circulation suffer accordingly, at times there being too much action from the kidneys and too little at those times in the action of the liver. The body is, at these times, unable to assimilate the foods. The head is dizzy, and the flow of the blood to the head is then governed by the pneumogastric nerve. Not organic conditions. The effect to the pneumogastric to produce this condition is brought about principally by the mental attitude of the body.

5. The body, with its physical condition, would do well to remember that the giving out of the mental attitude toward others, is the same as will be received to itself, and that as these thoughts or vibrations or expressions give out to others, we receive these in return; that if we would bring the best to self and others, we should give of our best to others, see.

6. For the physical condition in the body we would take this:

Tincture Valerian.....2 ounces, Bromide Potash.......20 grains, [Potassium Bromide] Iodide Potassium......2 grains, Elixir Calisaya.......1 ounce, Capsicum..............1 grain. Sufficient simple syrup to make 6 ounces.

Shake well before taking.

7. The dose would be a teaspoonful three times a day; oftener if necessary, but do not take oftener if possible.

8. Keep the mental forces in accord with own higher self, and rise above the conditions that would beset the mind, for if we would give of our best to those who depend upon us we must have bodies physically fit, and minds above the lower level. Do that!

9. (Q) What is the best to do about the condition in the nose? (A) These properties, as we have given, will relieve the strain that has been brought on the physical forces. This also is from the aggravated nerve forces. For the local condition of the nostrils, it would be well to use equal parts of salt and soda (bicarbonate of soda) to four times the amount of water, tepid, and snuff this in the nostrils and gargle the throat. Do that.
