1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions as we find in this body have to do with the functioning of organs and the nerve forces in the body, and the affect that this has produced over the system.
2. Now these are conditions as we find in this body, [3992] we are speaking of: The blood supply in this system is very good throughout, save some bacilli that is being carried in the system, as is gathered from the mouth, from the teeth and from the condition as exist in the palate or roof of the mouth here, you see. This causes the conditions that show themselves through the blood forces of this nature. In the nerve forces. We find through the brain force itself, these are very good. The coordinating forces between the cerebrospinal, the sympathetic and the sensory nerve forces have been injured in times back by something taken in the system producing a partial paralysis to the throat, the larynx, the epiglottis and those portions of this body. The effect has been to produce the enlarging of the glands that have to do with the vibrations as produced by nerve directed energy from the sympathetic coordinating with the cerebrospinal or the sensory organism directing the action of the vocal cords themselves, they, the cords, are engorged at their ends causing the improper vibrations or producing such a condition as to prevent their vibrating to produce sound with the forces as used, see. The nerve centers about the second, third and fourth cervical causing the coordinating force of circulation between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerves, do not vibrate. The muscles relaxing under this condition of the nerve centers allow the portions governing the vocal cords, the throat, through the larynx to become of a plethoric nature in the allowing of the circulation to gather there, deadening, rather than giving life forces to this individual portion of the body. The nerves through the ends of these same centers coming toward the seat of the pneumogastric preventing the proper action of these to the brain present always the fear of the condition, see, so we have both the mental and the physical forces within the individual to meet to give the proper

physical and mental balance to this body. The condition of the functioning organs other than those governed by the sensory system, are very good. There is the predisposition from the fear and disposition so as to cause through the respiratory system, the reaction to the body keeping the body fearful of the whole action of all of the life giving forces, hence the conditions as are produced throughout the system, especially, as that found through the pelvic organs and in the life giving forces there. The action of the digestive forces are very good considering the conditions within the body. The functioning of the organs of digestion function normal for the conditions that exist, that is, with certain conditions the body finds there are certain elements of foods that cannot be taken through the body, as it is afraid to take it in.
3. To give or bring the normal forces to this body is this, be and would be brought after these forces are all taken, the consideration that must be met would be to, through the physical give the proper incentive to the blood rebuilding centers and to the nerve centers, those forces that would give the correct contraction to the centers governing the muscles of the throat and larynx. We would first use that in the mouth as a wash for the teeth and a gargle for the throat, a strong solution of prickly ash bark made of this: To one pint of water, we would add one ounce of the bark, simmer or steep until reduced to half the quantity, strain and add thirty grains of common salt - gargle the throat with this. We, then, through osteopathic treatment correct the conditions along from the first cervical to the second dorsal and treat the palate from internal forces to produce the contraction, and by the mental suggestion with the mind of this body, [3992] we are speaking of, under the control of the other until we remove the condition of the mind force as is used over this body. Do that and we will find that within forty days the body will be at its normalcy. We are through.
