1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions; also the treatment for the cure and relief of the body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. Now, we find there are specific conditions as produce or bring about those reactions as are exhibited in the mental and physical conditions of this body. There was in the inception, and in presentation at the time of birth, that which produced a pressure on the 1st and 2nd cervicals, that has hindered the normal development of the nerve as especially has to do with the reactions of generation, or genitation in the body - the pineal gland. The pituitary gland has become enlarged from same. The pineal gland being formed, then, in two conditions that produce engorgement in same. Near the indentation or subluxation as produced, brings in the lower portion of same, or in the branches of same that act with the lyden [Leydig] gland, that causing the expansion of same in this region. Hence there has been the continued repression to the body in its development, until - reaching that cycle when the development of the genitory [genitive - generatory] gland and the activity of the lyden [Leydig] gland in the system - has brought about such depression and activity to the action of the imagination, or the activity of the gray matter in nerve reaction, until dementia is the result. Dementia in the act that the repressions are as magnified, and will eventually - without correction - bring the softening of cell tissue in brain itself. Hence we find there are periods when the body is not controlled by any reaction in self, nor is it CAPABLE of controlling reaction in self. While at others the body is sullen, melancholy, morose, and destruction is the ideas as are manifested as reactions from such conditions. Confinement will only add TO the mental aberrations; yet the conditions are such that this could NOT be handled without

personal care and attention; though were corrections made of those conditions existent in the cervicals, and that added to system that would first subjugate or prevent those reactions through the glands' forces, then builded properly through normal suggestion - and the proper accentuations given to the development of glands in the digestion, the diaction [diacele?], and the whole of the gland system builded nominally, we would bring - in the third cycle - a near normal reaction for this body, [3997].
4. Then, unless corrections are made - unless these may be given their proper incentive in the system to form normal reactions, we may expect a continued reaction; though at times bettered, then the general breaking down of the gray portion of nerve tissue, nerve cell matter, in the body.
5. Make corrections first. Then we would give those conditions necessary for meeting the needs of this body. Osteopathically should the corrections, or ONLY may the corrections, be made properly - though correction might be made nominally under that called chiropractic; yet the reactions to the glands from the pressure would intensify, unless proper adjustments are made in the cervicals and the proper manipulation in other stimulation from the lower dorsal and lower lumbar reaction to the glands, or the pineal gland proper - that brush end of the cerebrospinal system. Stimulating the nerve reaction, subjugating the sympathetic reaction from this center in the last dorsal and the lower lumbars, see?
6. (Q) How many treatments would be necessary to make the correction? (A) Sixteen to twenty-eight.
7. (Q) What is the lyden [Leydig] gland and where located? (A) Lyden [Leydig] meaning sealed; that gland from which gestation takes place when a body is created through coition, or inception, through conception of two bodies meeting in creating a body. Located in and above the gland called genital glands, see? In the male, above the glands corresponding to testes. In the female, that above gland responding to testes in the male. Here in THIS particular case, near the size of a wren's egg. Nominally should be about the size of a small pea.
8. We are through.
