Time of Reading 3:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [3999]. Now, we find there are specific conditions as disturb the body. These, as we find, are functional in their nature. The causes, or that PRODUCING the disorder, being existent for some time, and with a general debilitation, these conditions have become accentuated until the pressures as CAUSE the disorders bring a more ACUTE condition.

2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [3999] we are speaking of, present in this room:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find low in its vitality, and producing a form of anemia, as is seen in the character of the circulation, as especially to the sensory organisms of the body, and particularly in the exercising of the circulation through, and on account of, the impingements as produce those pressures for the eyes, in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal, in the 3rd and 4th cervical; especially producing a pressure, then, in the central nervous system, as supply the circulation to the optic nerves of the body; PRODUCING, then, an action that prevents the normal vision, and causing pains at times.

4. In the activity of the circulation through the general system, this produces that of the general debilitation; that is, the lack of strength, the lack of endurance, that tendency for extremities to produce those forms of inaction, stiffness at times for the joints and for the sinews in extremities, pains at times through the shoulders, through the neck and head, across the hips and along the sciatic, or along the limbs at times. These are effects of this depletion in the nerve supply, by the deterioration from those forces taken in blood circulation.

5. IN FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS, as related to nerve pressure AND blood supply:

6. In the sensory system, as seen, we have specific centers, specific pressures, as produce or cause that inactivity. With the general debilitation, then, comes this accentuation

as we find in these portions of the body.

7. Throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx - these show the effects OF a circulation disturbed, but not an ORGANIC disorder.

8. In the heart's action, this sometimes below the normal FROM the GENERAL condition, though not an ORGANIC disturbance; rather the lack of the nerves' supply of energy in the system.

9. Digestive system very good at times; at others we find that tendency of foods to remain an over long time in the lower portion of the stomach or duodenum, thus forming that character of digestion that brings disorders in the eliminations through the alimentary canal.

10. Liver and digestive system acts in that spasmodic condition, though more in a cycle of activity, allowing those toxic forces that produce a poor capillary circulation. Hence the dryness at times of the skin in portions of the body, yet at times with a tendency of flushes in various portions of the system, extremities becoming in excess - that is, cold or clammy, and at others as of an extra dryness in same.

11. In the colon we find the effects of this indigestion as occurs, and toxic forces as arise from same.

12. In meeting, then, the needs of the conditions as we would find for this body, [3999] we are speaking of, first we would use this compound as a massage for the body, ESPECIALLY from the solar plexus center to the base of the brain. Prepare as this:

13. To 1/2 gallon of plain gasoline, add: Oil of Mustard................1/2 ounce, Oil of Cedar..................1/2 ounce, Oil of Sassafras..............1/4 ounce. Keep this as a stock solution. Shake together before pouring to be massaged in the body. Use about two to three tablespoonsful at a massage. Massage this THOROUGHLY into the cerebrospinal system, along the spine, covering those of the sympathetic nerves as well as the cerebrospinal portion of body. Use it at least ONCE each day, massaging THOROUGHLY into the body.

14. We would also use those of the violet ray over the neck and along the temple, and at the base of the brain and to those sides of the neck and circulation as goes to the ear and to the eyes, but not OVER the eye proper.

15. We would also be mindful of the diet, that there are the proper ELIMINATIONS from the system.

16. Begin with small doses of olive oil. Take same

consistently and persistently, all the body WILL assimilate, taking about a half to a teaspoonful at a dose. Should this, with ANY of the foods taken, produce belching, then reduce the QUANTITY but continue to take same. Take it at least two to three hours apart, of course except when resting.

17. The diet should be as this:

18. Mornings - those of cereals or citrus fruit, or stewed fruits, dry toast, egg if so desired, but DO NOT mix the cereals and the citrus fruit juices, or take at the same meal!

19. Noons - there should be those of the green vegetables, with dressing, and those of broths - as may be made OF vegetables, or of meats, that do not have the fats in same. In the evenings there may be a small amount of meats, provided no HOG meats are taken, with the vegetables that are WELL cooked.

20. This, as we find, will aid in the BUILDING of the body up in its vitality.

21. After this has begun well towards recuperation, towards the proper eliminations, then we may give the basis and the specifics for other conditions as they arise. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Should she drink coffee? (A) Coffee may be taken, not more than once each day. Well as a stimuli, as has been used by the body, but not to excess. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " File
