Time of Reading 3:25 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4007], present in this room.

3. As we find, there are conditions which may be corrected that are disturbing the better physical forces of the body. These might be described by saying that the "batteries" of the nervous system are running down; that is, the activities of the heart, the lungs, the liver, the kidneys may be called the batteries of the body. With changes in the chemical forces of the system these may become so reduced in their activity as to cause stress to be put upon one or the other, thus gradually building a disturbance functionally. With the distress or disturbance one or the other gradually becomes organically disordered.

4. Here we find that the liver and the heart indicate the distress signals, as to the variations in the metabolism of the body, the poisons in system where energies should be reproduced again by the activity of the liver, from eliminations being carried on by the excretory and secretory activity of same, cause weaknesses in the limbs. The kidneys being overstressed gives some disturbance to the body. Even the prostate area shows some disorder from the stresses put on these by the inactivity of the liver, the overactivity of the heart, and the change produced in the circulation as related to the eliminations and assimilations in the body-forces.

5. These as we find are the disturbing conditions with this body.

6. First we would have a series of at least six good Sweat

Baths with massage, or thorough hydrotherapy treatments, to prepare the body for the corrections which may be made osteopathically for those conditions in the 6th, 7th and 8th dorsals, in the upper dorsals and through the cervicals.

7. This should require some eight to ten to twelve such osteopathic adjustments.

8. With the hydrotherapy there should be at least one good colonic irrigation to remove the tendencies in the colon for disorders that tend to stress the disturbance between liver and heart area.

9. In the matter of the diet, we would add at least twice to three times each week a good dose of KalDak with whole milk; not skimmed milk nor all cream but a heaping teaspoonful of KalDak dissolved in two tablespoonsful of hot water and then the tumbler filled with whole milk.

10. If these are done we will find that we will eliminate those tendencies for the accumulations of poisons through toxic forces, we will stimulate better eliminations and activities of the kidneys, we will set up better conditions with the activities of the liver and kidneys, and the normalcy of heart activity should be brought to normal pressure, indicating a better equilibrium throughout the metabolism of the body-forces.

11. Do these if we would bring better conditions for this body.

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Considering my present physical condition, would it be advisable to move out to my farm? (A) Wherever the body may be more in the open is better. Everyone should stay close to the earth.

14. (Q) Who would you recommend to give these treatments? (A) Anyone in sympathy with the activities of both the hydrotherapy or physiotherapy and the osteopathic adjustments. These will bring better conditions for this body.

15. We are through with this reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Vincent H. Ober, Bankers Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va.)
